Annoying Glitches Within A Good Game
I really like the game but the developers concentrate on new features while there are glitches which are annoying that get overlooked. So much so that one of them led to me to lose 'gold' that took me 6 months to a year to accumulate & the support team were little help (initially not sure they even read my query & it seemed like a cut & paste reply). I could spend $20-30 to replace it but the possibility remains that it can happen again (it has but fortunately only a small loss). Just beware

Not a Fan Anymore
Use to like this game, but there customer support is lacking. During an update 2 months ago, I was charged a fee and thought this was some update issue and contacted the App Store. They refunded me, but now two months later the game banned me requesting payment and said I had used what was sent to me, which I didn’t know anything had been sent and since I can’t get in the game to verify, I’m not sure what is what. They are wanting me to fully believe them, but they don’t want to believe anything I’m saying or to even check out what I submitted to the App Store when it happened. Instead they want to just say that I’m not telling the truth. I’ve been playing this game for around 3 years before this. I have heard say things about them when it come to payments and issue. Guess now I see first hand.

Cant get things
Cant expand or get things you need even after 90 days in to move forward I’ve played hard and hardly moved. I’ve read a lot of reviews and nothing has really changed if you don’t put cash in you don’t get far. I’ve tried for weeks just too fill contacts too try too get boards to expand it’s impossible and the tropical island gone? And now candy island again if can’t get the rewards for playing hard you have too buy them with real money I mean I understand that you have too try make money but when someone plays hard for weeks and weeks just trying too get a few items to move forward it should be rewarded better with the things they need I played 30 days too get boards and one can of fuel. Crazy.

Fun but Frustrating
I enjoy the game but you have serious connectivity issues.
I have just recently deleted this game. I play games for some mindless entertainment, not added stress. I had been with a co-op for awhile and felt I was a contributing member. I cannot and do not want to be a 24/7 gamer. I still think that most of the people in that co-op are good people. I think they got too carried away with winning the tournament and critical, unkind comments were made. I don’t need to subject myself to that. I didn’t want to go back to playing alone because it just reminded me of the hurt I experienced. So, I deleted the game.
I would suggest to any new players, consider very carefully whether you want to join a co-op or be a self player. I can get tense and intense and some folks feel like they can say anything when they are online and don’t really know the other players.
Up until a couple of days ago, I was really enjoying the game and felt a friendly connection to my co-op members. The experience was hurtful. I wish them the very best. I still think they are good people; but let the stress of winning a tournament over-rule their sense of care and courtesy of others. Stressed or not, it is never OK to speak or act unkindly.

Love this game but!!!
I really love playing this game and yes I do spend my pension money when I can. The only problem I have is the request for bread jam and dairy products when I have none of these buildings as it is impossible to get the requirements to purchase.

I used to love this game but....
recently they added a sparkly bubble to the game that appears like fireworks every time you touch the screen. EVERY TIME!! I am now unable to play do to this as it triggers a migraine. There are other changes which make every one unhappy but the game is still playable it just takes a lot longer to progress and you may not be able to participate in some of the competitions. To each their own. I’m just disappointed I can’t play at all without developing a debilitating migraine.
Thank you for the response and for removing the sparkly bubble, but I literally lost millions of game dollars in product, time and resources due to the fact that I COULD NOT PLAY!! Your lack of action and communication on this matter is awful. You waited a full week to do anything about it even though hundreds of people were telling you they were experiencing physical distress over this addition. But you were more worried about the darn cooperative tournament uproar and the fact that players were threatening to cancel their subscriptions over it and not watch any ads than anything else.

Please Read - Save yourself time and money by finding a game developer that cares.
Update: seems like the developer listens to the current players regarding the one of main gameplays in coop tournaments. I hope they continue to do so and now can focus on the crazy number of glitch’s that happen before adding or changing existing gameplay.

Love the game, but it’s all about money
Been playing for 4 months and everything about this game is driven towards you spending money. Admittedly you don’t have to spend a penny, but it will take you a LONG time to get to where the game wants you to be and the pressure to spend is constant. I love my co-operative and the friends I have made, but the pressure from the developers to make you spend money is very very clear and frustrating and only getting worse. When the developers focus more on making the game fun and less on making money from the players my rating will increase to 5 star!

Game no longer enjoyable
Its very sad how much of a money grabber this game has become. When I first started this game I couldn’t wait to play. I have many new friends. There have always been connection problems that were never resolved, but I ignored them because I was having fun. Now all that is happening is new buildings are being introduced that have nothing to do with farming and if you want to keep up, you have to buy gold with real cash. There used to be good gold deals, but I haven’t seen one in over three months. I will not be playing the next tournament. I will no longer watch the ads and I definitely will no longer buy gold. I am on the lookout for a new game to spend my hard earned money on. The change with how tournaments are run is the last straw.

This makes a co op unworkable, like most we have lots of low lvl/high lvl players. We like to help and advise low levels, so they can grow their farms, I absolutely love the bakery, jam & dairy - helps with cafe, to save honey for fishery mallets. This new co op thing you are proposing is awful, most players will be bored & unable to help... although we run stuff in player week, it’s all about our own journey, co op week is all about our collective journey. I spend £10 a week on the game, doesn’t sound a lot I know, many players spend more....but you’ve lost my cash ☹️
