Used to be good, no longer.

I’ve played this for over three years. I made friends, I’ve won competitions and grown my farm. Over the last few months there have been terrible connection issues, but there can’t possible be a bug if you log a ticket. I’ve lost a lot gold, the in game epic currency, but they have records that show transactions I didn’t make, it can’t possibly be a bug. They have introduced new features, exciting I hear you say?! Well not really as slows down the game play as you have to either ignore them and watch ads so you can send in the market place, earning them revenue, or destroy building you works so hard to create. Most recently the developers have completely upended how the co-operative competition works, forcing players to get the new features either by destroying or paying cold hard cash. My advice, don’t get sucked in. I will not be playing for much longer unless the developers listen to the community. I am not hopeful.

You're in danger of a huge boycott! We have people planning it, right now!

You still have some loyal members who actually like your new plans for coop tournaments.

So if you're truly attempting to make team tournaments fair and also want to keep your loyal members.

We want the following please:

1. GET RID OF all the machines on our farm! The bakery, the jam, the dairy, the tailors shop and EVEN the HONEY! We want our contracts back to the basics. Please!

2. Instead of taking control of our projects... How about getting done with the daily bonuses. Now it's fair!

3. Put on the huge gold deal. The 650k gold deal at least ever weekend. Personally we would do it more often. Remember, they're telling everyone not to buy anymore deals.

Trust Us, everyone has been waiting on the 650k gold deal, with the tickets of course!

4. Put everything on Sale for 80% at least every weekend! Remember they're telling everyone not to spend money!

5. Bring the fun back in the game! You've sucked all the fun and life out of the game! Please stop being so greedy!

To many changes!

Have loved this game since I started playing and have made some good friends along the way, but unfortunately with all the new updates and everything else they keep adding it is starting to make me think to look for another game to invest time into. Their idea of how to do new coop tournaments is ridiculous, they are putting prices up to high to buy land and extra buildings and it’s a shame because everyone does love to play this game. They need to listen to there loyal customers and realise that they are what keeps the game going, there going to loose so many people because they a taking the fun out of this game. Please change your mind before it’s to late.

Nothing but greed destroying the game

Constant changes making the game less fun as owners are becoming more and more greedy. Making it almost impossible to play the game without spending hundreds or thousands of pounds to play. No respect for players who have spent money already on the game or made the game money spending hours watching the crazy amount of ads needed to progress in the game. Seems fun at first but as soon as the farm gets bigger it becomes near important. It did have fun team events but they have now turned that into another money grabbing thing by changing the format. Unless you are looking to spend a fortune I would give this game a miss

Greedy developers

The game was initially fun but the developer is getting too greedy now. The game has many issues including bad connection, slow response, and numerous bugs. The developer didn’t bother fixing them but just create new staff for player to buy, with real money. I do not recommend this game to anyone.

Used to be fun - not now

I used to play everyday, had a monthly paid subscription and would also buy some extra gold. However the developers have made it so hard to play and forcing you to play a certain way that it no longer feels like your own game. You’re all but forced to spend more money to buy gold to expand your farm to fit the required buildings in. Without these buildings you can’t fulfil contracts and hence cannot play. I’ve stopped playing as of a month ago.

Game changes

After playing the game for nearly three years and developing my farm to my satisfaction, all my work is suddenly worthless according the new rules for tournaments. The game will no longer permit coops to make individual choices now and must check off boxes for the projects that line the pockets of the game makers. I, for one, will not be participating in the new coop projects. Therefore, my game satisfaction will suffer. If you want to be a robot, being told what you must do, this is a game for you. If you like to influence the outcome of competitions because of your individual play, this game is a poor choice. Too bad, because it has been a great source of entertainment in the past. Lumpjaw...

Money grabbing developers

I have played this game now for a couple of years. My first issue: I made a purchase didn’t receive item so got a refund from apple, I was banned and told I had to repay the 4.99 to gain access to my farm again.
Second issue: every update brings more bugs or glitches
Third issue: each update recently has been aimed at forcing you to use real money to make any progress especially the latest tournament announcement.
Fourth issue: this is a personal moral issue they encourage gambling, it started with the crystal ball but now they have slots
Fifth and final issue: the bones for the dogs you often loose the reward if you watch the ad to double reward ... the support team have blamed the third party ads even though it’s there game that crashes and loses reward.

Used to be a lovely wholesome game that was a pleasure to play, it’s now too time consuming and too expensive to play.

Don’t bother playing, they treat the players with contempt.

Greedy tyrannical developers

The game has gone from bad to worse with every update, which happens so often it makes your head spin. There are bugs, glitches, connection issues that has been ignored for over a year and makes playing frustrating to say the least. Now the developers decided to dictate how players play the game and how they grow their farms. Enough is enough Goodgame BigFarm. Give back the players their autonomy!!!

Developers Ignore Player Input

How many times can one company make the same mistake?? Over and over again new updates are issued with new glitches and bugs - and NOTHING is done to fix the ongoing connection issues we’ve been dealing with for many many months. I LOVE this game and have played it for many years - both the PC and now the mobile version, but these new buildings and new style coop tourney (and the sparkly bubbles - whose idea was THAT) may be the turning point for me. I don’t want to be told how to run our coop projects for tourney. We’ve always been able to plan our own coop strategies and concentrate on projects we enjoy. Why should we be forced to run projects that we hate and our farms are not set up for? And the three new buildings with products you can’t make a profit on? Market orders that include the products have laughable rewards. This is just another gold grab trying to force people to buy what they need to expand their farms. I do spend real money on the game but am cancelling my subscription and will not buy any more packages until I see a real difference in the way you treat your customers. I’m so disappointed in your latest game changes and in the direction you’re taking this great game. You’re ruining a good thing. 😠😡
