Reviews of Box Breathing Technique

  • If you can count to 4

You don’t need to waste the time to download this and app.
  • Disappointed

This app has no timer, and no sounds. 16 MB just to show a circle that expands and contracts. You can't close your eyes because there is no sound to guide you. Massive rip off.
