  • App gets the job done

The app is pretty simple and effective.

Only difficulty was in pairing. Most devices hold a button until the LED flashes to start pairing. Here you hold the button through two feedback taps, and release- the LED might or might not flash much.

It might be nice if the settings of frequency, intensity, and duration could be saved for later reuse — minimizing GUI interaction for common configurations.

  • IOS does not work

Cannot connect with my iPhone 11 with newest update. The app simply does not see the Bluetooth from the device. I have tried dozens of times to connect them. Deleted the app, redownloaded, followed the tutorial, no luck.
  • Great Device

The Bi Tapp tappers are easy to use with my therapy clients. I like that I can adjust the settings silently (another device I had was quite cumbersome and noisy). The only request I have is that you add a counter or timer to keep track of how many passes have gone by during a set. As it is, I usually count in my head which isn’t as precise as I’d like. Thank you for considering this feedback!
