I learned about the benefits of bi-lateral stimulation years ago and have used it with my kids from time to time to help them get out of a “funk.” I personally have used breathing and meditation in my personal stress management and I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy Bi-Tapp can be used to create space and awareness for those who experience frequent stress and even for those who only need it from time to time.
The most surprising use of the Bi-Tapp is our kids using them at home to help them fall asleep faster. Inspired by my kids, I use them on nights where I wake up at night and can’t fall back asleep because I cannot stop my mind. When I put on the Bi-Tapp, it’s amazing how my mind continues to work on the things keeping me up, but they become less important, start to fade away and I fall asleep.
The app is simple and effective. I would like to see a number on the scales so that it makes it easier to get it back to the settings I prefer after my kids have used it, however, it has not been an issue.
I have also started using the Bi-Tapp in meditation to help me get into a deeper state faster.
