registration code problems

I tried to register via text message, but I didn’t receive the text message code confirmation . I’ve tried multiple times. Please fix the system. Thank you.

Does not work for people who does not have japan phone number

I found this apps from someone who recommended it in YouTube. They claims that anyone can rent a bike, even for someone who is just visiting Japan and do not have a Japan phone number. I downloaded the apps and tried to register with a U.S. phone number, however, after tried so many times and never received a SMS with my US phone number. Very disappointed and wish the developer of this apps should be clearly have a disclaimer if this apps only work with a Japan phone number.

+1 USA Doesn’t Work

Does not send the verification code if you have a US number.

Cannot register at all!

Can’t register for use because we all have data only eSIMs whilst in Japan. Cannot receive the SMS verification code. Please allow email verification codes.

Doesn’t work with foreign numbers

App is useless if you have a foreign number, tried with American number and could not rent a bike because of this. You shouldn’t have to use a phone number to rent a bike.

Doesn’t send sms confirmation

Tried so many different variations of my phone number to get the verification sms but I’ve never received one. It’s been impossible to use the app due to this.

inconvenient and high friction user experience

On four or five occasions now, I’ve had to park one or more kilometers away from my hotel because nearby parkable stations are full. This is especially inconvenient during typhoon season when I have to walk back home in the rain. furthermore, wasting so much time looking for parkable stations add significantly to the cost, as you are charged by the minute. This experience needs to be rethought.

In such cases, we make patrols of the stations and try to reassign bicycles, but we are sorry to hear that this has not been enough. 日頃よりサービスをご提供いただき、ありがとうございます。長く利用させていただいておりますが、最近、サービスに対して非常に不満とフラストレーションを感じております。

まず、アプリで表示される返却場所が実際の場所と異なるため、探すのに時間がかかることが多々あります。また、パンクしている自転車や、ギアがスムーズに変わらない自転車も何度かありました。これらの問題には何度か我慢してきましたが、最近の「返却予約」機能のトラブルは特に困惑しております。

信号待ちの際など、返却場所をアプリで確認しようとすると、検索に3分以上かかったり、時には全く反応しなかったりします。昨夜も何度も試しましたが、うまく動作せず、目的地の返却場所に到着したところ、満車でした。さらに、1.5km以内の全ての返却場所が満車であることを確認するのに、動作が非常に遅いため10分以上かかりました。

最終的に、自宅まで自転車を持ち帰り、車で2.5km先の返却場所まで運ばざるを得ませんでした。目的地に着いた時点では19分だったのに対し、実際に返却できたのは30分を大幅に超えた時間でした。

長い間、改善を期待してまいりましたが、最近の変化として見受けられるのは、料金が上がったこと、特に15分ごとの追加料金が増えたことのみです。サービスの向上を待ち望んでいるユーザーにとって、このような変更は非常に残念で、不信感を抱かざるを得ません。

今後の改善を心よりお願い申し上げます。

USA phone cannot register

It has the counties area code selection section on the app but never sent text confirmation code to my phone num. I think you have to have Jp phone number to register.

Our bikes were automatically returned during a short park. The platform responded to our complains unclearly and refused to refund. It was an awful experience.
