Does what it says.

I purchased this on the pc and it’s great so far. Straight forward in adding new categories and then adding in what you do. It’s more like a tracker and not a budget app. Keep that in mind. Not been using long enough though to see how well it plans out my future expenses though. Maybe two months since the writing of this.

I like it better than your typical budgeting software though.

Not “in-app purchases”

App says it has in-app purchases leading me to believe certain reports and such could be purchased and I may be happy with the free version. The app in its entirety is at a minimum $4.99 a month. What a joke.

Response from developer

Our signup screen very clearly states that you are signing up for a free 30-day trial. The "In-App Purchase" phrase is not controlled by us, but by Apple. It means the app has something that can be purchased, which in our case, is the subscription to continue using the Kualto service after the 30-day trial. You are also not just purchasing a subscription to the app. Kualto is a web application. The app gives you access to your account so you can see your data anywhere. The "In-App Purchase" is a convenient way for you to subscribe to our service without having to leave the app.

Digging it

I’m digging this app. I’m looking forward to utilizing it to finally build a savings with the money I’m blowing on late fees and the like. If I could alter the weekday starts (example: start my week on Wednesday’s) and views (14 days instead of 7) so that I could view spending for my pay periods, I could finally stop looking for the right budgeting app, because this would be IT!

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback! We now support changing the first day of the week as of version 1.20.

Better than YNAB!

Great app that shows you your cash flow forecast: syncs with the web app as well. Love how I can see with one glance when things are due and how much money we have at any given point in time. Kudos for the email reminders for upcoming bills and transactions.

Can't enter cents?

I don't understand how a program focused on balancing won't let you add cents? Seems really stupid! I can type in $27 but not $27.45?

Response from developer

Support for cents has now been added in version 1.3. Thanks for the feedback!

Super handy app

This really makes you feel like your in control of your spending, instead of just looking back at all the screw ups you had the month before and trying to fix it while dealing with the backlash of problems. It takes the guess work out of looking ahead for people who just want to focus on here and now. Im super laid back which can some times come back to bite me. But this makes up for my lack of prep 10 fold.
