Unable to function!
When i downloaded the app it would eork untill i would tap on devices to connect my fitbit to it, when i rid thid is eouodnt let me connect and would reply to it in a whole other language,

App is very bad you can’t connect it to anything and it’s freezes instantly when I open it. Most of the time it takes a while to update my steps do not downloadallie450
Freezes
The app is always freezing or only allows me to do one thing before freezing. Really frustrating!stephania84
Very poor device
For a couple of days, the step counter, heart rate, and blood pressure on the tracker worked. Nothing else worked. Notifications worked. Nothing was noted on the GetFitPro app. Then, after few notifications buzzed the tracker, the tracker continued to buzz and would not stop. Nothing worked. The buzzing continued until the battery died. I recharged it, but the time was wrong. The tracker continued to do the same thing over and over each time I recharged it. No information is given on how to return the device. Do not buy this!!!Show lesssootie65

I’ve had the app and watch since February this year and it’s worked perfectly up until now, it’s disconnected it’s self from my phone and I cannot get it to connect, tried everything to get it connected again and nothing has worked, really disappointedLittleem26

Needs improving
The app is very basic. Could be made better and easier to use. More options on how to view and input data. It works fine but There’s not a lot to it.
It would be nice to be able to customise it more. For example I don’t think there’s a way to change the way the date is written. I’m from UK so I like it d/m/y but it comes up as m/d/y. Different fonts would be niceShow less164849emily99

Total waste of time
Nothing works, open app and as soon as you try anything it crashes, you close the app and restart it then it happens again I now have a alarm set on the watch that should be 5 am is now 12am every morning and can’t change it as it keeps crashing and this is me being nice !!!!!pevedoffdad
