I have been using this product and my smart watch for a few months now and changed phones. When I downloaded this app again I found I had an issue. I spoke to the manufacturer about this and it’s seen these is an issue with Apple store bug. Have also spoken to Apple and they have told me they should have it fixed in a couple of day.Show lessMexinfinity
Doesn’t work with IOS 7.1 as advertised.
Bought the device for my wife as she has an older iPhone 4 with IOS 7.1. The device is advertised as working with this IOS version and the manual recommended this app as it too is advertised as working with IOS 7.1 However when I try to install it on my wife’s phone it tells me it needs IOS 8 which is no use to me 😡 If I could rate this with zero stars I would.😡😡😡Show lessNige97
Connection issue!
Having an issue connecting to my phone in contact with the company very fast response to be fair - sent instructions to rectify but unfortunately not worked waiting for response!S9069
Bluetooth won’t pair
I’ve tried over and over again to try and get it to pair to my phone app but it just keeps searching and searching.
It doesn’t even show up in the list of Bluetooth devices on my phone using iPhone 6 doesn’t have a problem pairing with anything else.Welsh stoner
