not very helpful
there are several things with this app that aren’t great.
1- it tells me my bluetooth is always disconnecting when it is always on.
2- it never refreshes my steps i have to do it manually (when it actually lets me connect) so my 20,000+ counts for nothing.
3- the translation to english is SO poor.
‘device is not connect’ ‘search equipment’ (when searching to connect) so it all just kinda doesn’t make sense?

I have been tracking my blood pressure and now everything just disappeared. Besides this it works great, but the whole point was for me to show my doctor the pattern of highs and lows. Can’t do that now so I have now way to get this data back.GetFit3.0 wristband
Bought two bands. Mine works ok eventually but partners won’t connect via Bluetooth to iPhone on ios 10, deleted and reinstalled app many times with no success. Also when setting account up it wouldn’t let her select female, so wristband is male and can’t reset to manufacturer settings.
Poor back up service, get odd email back saying delete and reinstall the app and try again. Poor service, my advice is stay away from this product!

My GetFitPro has version 25 and the new features would make a tremendous difference. Their site offers no contact info.Time problems
My app is in military time but my X10Pro is in standard 12 hours. It’s very confusing and inconvenient for me. Please fix this so they are synced with each other or have directions in the app on how to make them the same time. Much appreciated.Connect FIRST, you will lose your data on device.
The downloading process of the app, simple. Register your device, easy. It will have you type email twice, password simple no numbers necessary, 2 security questions, and then a Scan Device option in the end. Once you find and connect the device, all your previously stored steps on your device will erase and start at ground 0 for everything.
I’m happy about the home screen of the app, it shows everything right away. Just hope I don’t lose this data again.

The first and second day of using this app was amazing!!!!! It did everything I. Eases it to do. Now the device will not connect the app will not scan ANY devices around although other apps see it. This is frustrating because you also have no way to contact anyone for troubleshooting, plus the instructions are minimum are have nothing about troubleshooting. The blood pressure and oxygen are not recording in the app/history when you read from tracker. When you activate blood pressure from app reads completely different numbers? SDP and DBP seems to be reversed data?? There is a chart that should be recording data every 4 hours? Fix these bugs or I will be returning this tracker soon, such a shame...Show lessNew update 8/3
