To give money to a friend or relative one has to go through a very long procedure of self identification. I am not satisfied.
Who could’ve thought?
When we are waiting for a new card, we cannot access any menu in card Service tab under Account menu. There is no customer feedback button to report issues too.
Such a shame that Citi sold their business
I’ve really tried to give UOB a chance, but they are not at the same level Citi was. First, app issues: constant emails to notify you that you’ve logged into the app; clunky interface to get to your transactions; frequently my bank QR scanner doesn’t recognize the QR on UOB’s bill
Then there’s the customer service. I’ve been trying for 2 months to get my phone number updated, but no luck. Even though someone called me to confirm it, no change. I’m not sure if there are other options for expats, but stay away from UOB if you can

Service is bad
System is shutdown to maintain or whatever reasons and you can’t use during 22:00-24:00 in every night. I can’t do ANYTHING withdraw/balance check …

So incredibly frustrating
Error messages and mistakes everywhere. Not nearly as reliable as CIti,SCB and BBL apps. Terrible app.
Scammer
Garbage app and garbage customer service. I called customer service to waive a ridiculous credit card fee and cancel my credit card. I even went to the Silom branch. Service representative said I have to pay my remaining balance and they would waive the fee and cancel my card. One week already passed and nothing has happened. SCAM BANK!

Worst app I’ve ever used in my life
This app is so bad, it almost makes me not want to pay my bill so I don’t have to interact with it. From an insane, broken and buggy onboarding process to not being able to actually pay your credit card balance unless you have a debit account, it’s the absolutely worst. If you don’t have a UOB account yet, RUN to a different bank.

Better but still need more improvement
We need the balance updates immediately and SMS sending to us when we paid the bill, similar to Citibank app. There is no customer feedback button to report issues. Also, that login wallpaper is moving too fast back and forth. See how Citibank app wallpaper moving slower to make the app looks more elegant.
