Missing plenty of functionalities
Poor up in comparison with other banks. No alerts/push of transactions, etc.

Hangs on opening
Can’t connect error appears every time I try to open the app. I’m connected to the internet.
Does not work with new operating system.
This app does not work with the updated iPhone operating system. A huge inconvenience! It hangs up on the loading screen!!!
Try a different Bank
UOB is still in the dark about what is expected in today’s world of internet banking and mobile banking. The website is worse than most from the late 90s and their app is completely non-functional (hangs on loading screen). If I wasn’t forced to use this Bank for financing, I would stay away based on how little they understand what is required as a baseline for a respectable international bank.
If you are looking for seemless interaction with a Bank, then keep looking. UOB has been worthless for the past 3 years, and even with recent updates to both app and website, they are still far behind their competition, even with the bar set low by other Asian and local banks.

Look good and usable.
Can't believe this is Banking App from International
I Can't believe this is Banking App from International Bank. A lot of bug, enemy interface, worst User Experience. I loop in between registration and register process until app crashed. Uninstall and reinstall it doesn't work.
I might go back to use my old Bank, their app is quite great and help me a lot.
