This company only care about landlord who pay for their service and don’t care about tenant
They not following what it described in a lease!
They randomly decide that they will charge me 450$ for cleaning, which are not discussed in lease agreement, and no cleaning company invoice was attached, some additional charge for random “missed appointments”

Tried to rent me a property that’s not available. Doubled down when pressed. Place was in escrow I found out later from the managers of the property.Djbr@
Easy to use
I’ve been using Marble for my rental property. The app is easy to navigate but it shows exactly what you pay for. It’s evident that they are still working out the kinks. I do not like how I speak to different reps when I ask question or when I do ask a question about a previous conversation, the rep has no idea what I’m talking about.Martink649
