  • Guided Me Though Rough Waters

    I found this meditation program by chance and it has been a wonderful find. The yogi’s voice is soothing and calm, easy to follow. The choice of programs, both 7-day and single, is good. They guided me through a rough time when I was undergoing therapy and bedridden, unable to leave my home. I hope they add more choices of simple meditations.

  • Great job!!!!

    To the woman who is the speaker-I love your voice! I love your messages. I’d like to get the text so I can read them. Very inspiring. I have never had success meditating and I do now. I compared ur app to Headspace and Pacifica and urs is much better. I like the 7 and 14 day programs and the assorted topics. The SOS meditation took away my anxiety yesterday!!!! No pill taken. Thank you. Keep up the good work. I’ve been spreading the word about ur app. I look forward to meditation now. I do it to and from work on the train.

  • Insomnia no more

    I have always had trouble falling asleep! I have ADHD and at night sometimes my brain won’t quit talking to itself. I also have a habit of watching tv until I fall asleep. TV has become my lullaby and I find it hard to sleep without it. I needed to change this habit so I tried this sleep meditation and I haven’t slept this well in ages! I’m impressed and most grateful!

    I found this to be a wonderful meditation app it got me in very quickly my body totally relaxed I had had a super stressful day and I felt much better afterwards.
  • Fantastic App - Helps me start the day right

    I don’t often write reviews but this app has really changed my life. It helps me get in the right frame of mind as the voice in this app is really fantastic and it’s one I can listen to consistently.
  • What a difference in my life!!!

    I’ve been meaning to get into meditation for a while now. There are many apps out there and I tried a few of them that were both difficult and expensive. Then I found this app. What an amazing experience, and what a great different it has made in my life.!! I used it to learn all the techniques and I felt the difference in me after 2 to 3 meditation sessions. I have a lot going on in my life and I have trouble relaxing, I also don’t sleep very well, and in general I’m just stressed out, which is why I wanted to meditate in the first place. Using this app I learned how to do it really quickly and every session I did seemed to work even better and better. Their seven day program for beginners is just perfect. Then I decided to do the next 14 days program. It went into all the different advanced techniques that were extremely effective for me. Next I did their meditation for sleep program (I think it’s called sleep better in 7 days) and loved it. It really worked. They put focus on my exact problems and helped me feel so relaxed.!!

    They also have quickie meditation sessions which are great for me - sometimes I just want to do a quick session and relax, and on other times I do their longer sessions, all depending on the time I have. Last thing - the guides voice is pure magic and the way she ties the techniques into real life thoughts and happiness is just perfect. Thanks for helping me change my life. I only wish I had started sooner !!!

  • Wish there were more

    I love, love this app. The woman’s voice is so soothing. I started with the 14 day program and at first I was very skeptical. I find it hard to concentrate on a be thing and never thought I could let my brain relax. By session 4 I was hooked! It’s helped me fall asleep peacefully, relax my body and rid my anxiety. The woman’s voice is hypnotizing! I now look forward to hearing her. Problem is... I’ve gone through all the programs! Now what? Isn’t there more I can buy? So disappointed!

    When it’s included as a “free” app I’d expect at least an introduction or small part of this to be no charge. If whole body and mind to all not just those with money is your goal you failed. I at least like to do the “free” intro part before going any further. No chance of that here. Plus there are those that have only that free part as an option for help with Meditation. I know there are expenses and everyone needs to make a living but at least try to give others that can’t pay a little help or at least say so on your app intro that this is not a free app. It’s a complete pay for services app. So when it pops up on the search titled “free mediation apps” people will know. I know it’s out of your control that your app gets included in these searches but at least after looking into your app people will know before installing and looking into the app and not be disappointed there for adding to their frustration. It’s a tender scale when looking at ones mental state. So why push it. Just my opinion and recommendation. Do what you want with it. Just thought I’d share. Hope everyone has a blessed day.

  • Guided meditation pacing is to fast...

    I enjoy the words being said but its the way its being said thats irritating. Her voice tone is very quick and she jumps from one thing to the next too quickly. Example: She’ll say focus on your face and forehead, and as you're beginning to focus on it she just jumps into the next thing too quickly. She needs to slow her pace and soften her voice tone. Its too perky and irritating.
