I really enjoy the service but there needs to be a way to end a session outright without waiting for it to expire,
Also there is necessity for the customer support number to actually be available in the app. I had to go digging through google to find an affiliate number.

But thank you for making parking so much easier, the app is simple and fast. In a world we’re things keep getting more difficult this app makes it a little simpler.
Lacks Native iOS Features
For an iPhone app that is entirely about payments to support neither FaceID nor ApplePay is a real disappointment. I used this app once and after a week I didn’t remember my pin. As a result I had to enter my credit card information all over again. I should never have had to enter it in the first place and there is no reason I should have to memorize a new PIN number for this specific app.

Convenient
As annoyed as I was that I had to add yet another app to my phone, this is a convenient parking solution. I don’t need to use quarters or a potentially broken or nasty meter. Best part is the app reminds you when time is almost up and you can add time (unless there’s a limit in the zone).
It works until it doesn’t! Don’t change your phone #
I changed my phone number, but you can’t edit that at all, even support can’t do it. Now, I have to create an all new account, lose my history, etc. However, I can’t even do that because when signed out of the app only has a sign-in option (enter your PIN) and there’s no ‘Create an account’ option anywhere. I reached back out to support on that, crickets chirping so far…

Very bravo~!!!
Very easy to sign in, navigate and pay for parking. Really easy to adjust how much parking you need to pay for. The app keeps track of your time so you can check in on your phone to see where you are and prevent your meter time from running out. I’ve used apps like this in other cities but, this is by far the easiest and most efficient. I’m super happy.

Suite easy and convenient
Load in your car info and payment details and if you consistently park in the same area it’s incredibly easy to park, pay and go. No hunting for change and worrying about time limits. Love it.

I was visiting Portland to work remotely, and when I found out I could use this app to park, I gave it a shot even though I’ve had awful experiences with parking apps. However, this set up was super simple and smooth and makes parking a breeze. Imagine getting to extend your time right before ordering dessert and not having to rush back to your car! Amazing.

Overpriced convenience
20% surcharge?! Yes the app works and is convenient, and because the amounts are small people put up with it. But a 20% surcharge sounds like robbery. Would you accept a loan for 20%? I think they could make them money at a more reasonable 10%. If it’s raining out, and I don’t wanna walk, I use the app. Particularly right now when I’m on crutches. But in nice weather forget it
