I do some engineering and design work on the side. This app made it so much easier to keep track of time. The first day I used it hated it...but that's because I forgot to clock in. Ever since it has been incredible, and I've remembered to clock in.
Useful app
It's extremely useful and provides all the features I need for tracking and modifying mine and my employees hours. They fix bugs quickly, and customer service is very good.

Great!
Great for keeping track of employees comings and goings. Pinpoints where/when they clocked in as well as where theyve been during those hours. Makes honest people stay honest, and it collects the hours for payroll. Syncs with quickbooks, makes payroll life easier.
I started to loving it!
I just started with it a few days ago but so far I love it. The only conflict I've seen to find is if I forget to punch out it is hard to edit the time out. It is easy to edit your time in. Hope that helps. Other than that the app is great! It really helps me to time manage. I can see where I'm spending a majority of my time and adjust it.

Perfect!
I signed up for the free version (personal/one employee), and use it to track my activities. It's perfect for what I need and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants it for personal use! Once you sign up it syncs your time sheets to your account, and you can even view and manage it from the computer. What I especially like are the option of multi-leveled jobs, and also the ability to smoothly switch so you can keep it running without fiddling with starting and stopping the clock every time.

Easy to use
Work with Jen D through the desktop live chat this morning due to a sync issue with Time Clock Hub. It was solved in a matter of minutes and now we’re back to running our payroll for today! I researched this company and they gave me a trial with that trial it turned into years of commitment because of how easy it is to use.

Awesome
The mobile version of the time tracking system required that my employees select a customer when tracking their time. We are very small company and only have one employee who is tracking his time and therefore, we do not need time tracking at that detailed level. I chatted with Kelsey T. today to ask how I can remove that required field. She explained why the field is required and what needed to be done to “un-require” it. When I asked her what I needed to do, she went ahead and did it for me. It seemed to be an easy fix on her end as it only took a minute and I appreciated her doing it, saving me time. Kelsey is not the first customer support person I have chatted with from Time Clock Hub. I have probably talked to three or four people and every single one of them provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’m giving Kelsey extra kudos today because she shares my love of dogs and congratulated me on good news that I received about my dog while we were chatting. Thank you Kelsey for helping me today and thank you Time Clock Hub for being so awessome.
