Once again I am proud to say I use Time Clock Hub bc this time Dustin saved the day! Each time I call in I learn something new and more details about the digital functionality of my business tracking gets smoother and smoother! And that’s not bc I’m techy at all!!! But thanks to their diligent help to make sure they understand how my business functions we are little by little setting even my QB to function better. I know how things work on paper but the transition into programs has been a steep learning curve. Honestly Time Clock Hub doesn’t pass the buck when it comes to making things function and breaking it down so you understand. As much as I hate overhead the combination of QBO, Time Clock Hub, and Expensify has simplified my life so much! Once again one of the great employees at Time Clock Hub, this time Dustin, held my hand as I was trying to understand how to customize my invoice. Then when he had exhausted his capabilities he helped me prepare how I should ask for further assistance with QBO. Bless his heart! 2+ hours and now I understand how these programs should function together and what result I am looking for. So excited! We are getting somewhere! Thanks Dustin!

Awful, DO NOT waste your money!
Worked great until I paid for it, now there’s so many problems I’ve stopped using it. Will not track notes, can’t clock out, app opens by itself, ITS RIDICULOUS! Of course they won’t refund your money. I started a complaint ticket June 2018, got an email yesterday that it was fixed.... nope not fixed!

Worst time clock app
You have to either logout and back in or delete and reload app every time you go to use it. Do not pay money for this app!
Doesn’t work
Every time I want to use the app I have to delete it and redownload it and it will work for about 10 minutes. My coworkers all have the same issue.
Keeps kicking off
Constantly loading then you have to logout then login to clock in all to do the same thing to clock back out. Every since the new update. Please fix it.
Constant Re-downloading
I have had to re-download this app once a day every day for the past month, it always freezes on me. It has never done that in the past year that I’ve used it. It was a good app before it started messing up.

Continuously loading
I’ve been using this app for over a year and all of a sudden for the past month our business has had nothing but issues with people being able to clock in and out. It has a constant circle for load time. The only way to get rid of it is to delete the app and re-download it. When you have to do that five days a week, it creates problems. Not just for the people who clock in and out, but the person who does payroll. They have to constant change our clock in and out times.
