Too Much Lag
I love using this app. The free music, appropriate use of ads, and offline listening. However, as great as it is, it needs some work. There is too much lag now and I’m unable to use the app properly. I almost believe that it’s the fact that I have over 4,000 songs downloaded, but that can’t be the case because on some days the app works completely fine and doesn’t lag or crash at all, but the next day it goes right back to the lag. The lag seems to be not as bad when I use my LTE service and not any form of Wifi, but even when I use that there’s still lagging and crashing. Also, I don’t know if this is normal or not, but when I launch the app it takes a few seconds to load everything and i don’t think it’s supposed to do that because sometimes when I launch the app it doesn’t need to load at all and everything works perfectly. Overall, the app works fine, but the lag and crashing makes it unbearable. Please help me.Show lessCAM_R_EN

Hello GoodNight im a person who uses the Esound app and has been for the past year (August 2019 to be exact) and its a very good app and i plan on keep using for many years to come. However i came aross a problem that I’ve seen reoccurring in the past few weeks everytime im listening to a song once it finishes it literally replays itself and i hate that i dont know if its a bug or something but its really frustrating i would really appreciate it if you guys could try to make an effort to see into the problem its really bothersome. Other than that everything else is very good✅oh and it runs a lil slowShow lessJb1k_
Good App, New Problems w/ Update
I’ve been using this app for a pretty long while now, since before the devs added ads and premium and stuff like that. It was one of the better apps I could use to download my music and listen to offline and I’ve kept it since I found it. This is a really good app, but the latest update seems to have broken it a bit: my entire song library keeps deleting itself. Songs just won’t stay downloaded, no matter how many times I redownload, remove, download again - they just won’t work. A few songs will stay as they are, but the majority of my songs will just delete themselves whenever I open the app. I’m not sure if it’s because of the size of my library (694 songs) or it’s because of the app, but I’m hoping this can at least be looked into.
Anyways, even with this issue, I’m still happy with the rest of the app. Easy to use, clean layout, and your songs can play and loop seamlessly in the background. I don’t believe any other app comes close to how good this one is.Show lessVF-Jacky

This app it the best music app ever! You can download any song and make playlist. The customer service is great. My only issue is the some songs are cover or just instrumental and it doesn’t say that so if it did then the app would be even better. Now that I’ve had the app for longer I have ran into many problems. It signs me out ever time I open the app which is a big problem since I like downloading music for offline listening so when I want to use the downloaded music I can’t since I need to sign back in. The music pause often without reason. Sometimes the music just stops it’s not even on my Home Screen.Show lessToed-Joe

Great app but...
ESound is by far the best music app I have ever had. The user interface is absolutely amazing. They have all the songs I want. Offline listening is perfect as well. However I do have some suggestions:
1. I’m some songs at the beginning and end, there are just about 10 seconds of silence. This isn’t a big deal because you can just wait, however it can get a little annoying.
2. Luckily, I got this after I had made my playlist but there is a text box whenever I try to play a new song. It basically says that I cannot download the song because I have made to many downloads and I have to wait a few days. However this has been going on for about half a month for me.
As I stated before eSound is an amazing app and I feel like it will continue heading it the right direction if they fix these issues above! Thank you for producing such an amazing app eSound developers!Show lessXxplaymexX
Good but not the greatest
This app is awesome, I use it for all my songs!
A few things that are mildly annoying are the glitches with playing a song from searching it. You click on it expecting “Dora theme song” and you get a documentary about Drake and Josh. Frustrating.
Another thing to add is that it’s just a little difficult clicking on a song. It’s very slow and I often have to exit out of my perfect shuffle from a playlist because the app is frozen.
Other than those things, it’s overall great and I will probably use this for years on end (because I have too many songs to transfer to another app lol).Show lessnot goose game
Download Offline Feature Gone !
It is indeed a good music app, probably one of the best but the Download offline feature disappeared and so far I can only play offline the songs that have been downloaded before ... Even when I got the app the Download offline feature hasnt been there but it popped up eventually.

keeps crashing
My app keeps crashing and i dont know why?? not even a second after i open the app it immediately closes out, ive experienced this problem before and it took nearly 2 days before the app went back to normal. generally the app is very good and i can listen to almost every song i want whenever, and i can listen offline which is exceptionally great, just this small bug and several other ones where the songs cut short, turn into other songs, or freeze up when they have a problem. But besides that, this is a very amazing app and i would most certainly recommend it to people who love music but dont have wifi/strong wifi at home.Show lessppee head
