Cannot download offline
I cannot download offline because it keeps saying “There was an error communicating with the server, please try again later” I do love this app but this is an issue for me because I want to listen offline…. I might uninstall.
It was working where I could download the songs but now it has been removed, I am going to uninstall 🙄Show lessAlex📸
It’s grate but some problems
The app is grate overall, but it has some issues tho like the app was working perfectly fine at first but there’s this issue where you try to listen to songs by clicking on the song but it always pop up “song unavailable “ and such and it’s rlly annoying like I can’t play any new songs anymore and hav to continue listening to the old songs I favorited when I started using the app it no longer workS I tried updating the app cz I thought that was the reason to solve it but no still doesn’t work properly, Please fix this in the next updateShow lessHtoo-kyaw
I can’t download songs
I’ve been using ESound for the past 4-5 years. Everything was okay and the app did allowed me to download songs offline but I had to delete the app because of storage and when I downloaded back I decided to create another account. The problem now is that I can’t download songs offline so I tried paying to be premium for 1YEAR and I still can’t download songs offline . I’ll be more than greatfull if you could please help me with this issue since I really like the app but I don’t know what’s wrong now… Until then I’m giving 2 stars

I love this app for music because you don’t need to pay for skips or anything but one issue I have is that it won’t let me download my music and the button to download disappears every now and again. When I press the download button it asks do you want to delete your playlist so idk what’s happening and I have tried downloading the app many timesShow lessgfjsksvhe
Good app but
I love this app so much, like it has all of my favorite song and all the artists I love, but there’s some things that they need to fix.
1.) How long it takes to open the app at the beginning, like, I don’t know if it is just my wifi, but it takes so long like to open the app, it just shows the app icon and eSound, it takes like 2-3 minutes to open and I don’t know why.
2.) This is like the most important thing, and this is why I give a 4/5 to this app, as we know, you can use this app offline if you download the songs, but there’s sometimes it just don’t let me download them. I just don’t know why, and when it lets me download it like I download the songs, and everything normal, I can listen the music offline. Like I can’t explain what is happening, like sometimes it just don’t let me download anything and it don’t let me listen to music.Show lessMaria Teresa Benedetti
Don’t Get Premium!
I got this app so that I could listen to my music anywhere at anytime, after I saw that my girlfriend could download music easily I figured this was the app for me but I was wrong. I got this and then purchased the premium version of the app so that I didn’t have to deal with the awful amount of ads that my girlfriend has to watch but it won’t allow for the download of offline music after you make your account premium, after hours of trying to find the problem we logged onto her account of my phone and sure enough I got the option to download music proving that it was the premium version that was causing the issues. The only reason to get this app is if your a fan of listening to ads more than music or you want to get screwed out of $13 because you bought the year of premium.Show lessGetRidOfAds69

bro i literally didn’t use esound for 2 weeks, then when i want to listen on it they removed offline music. don’t represent yourself as an offline music player if you removed the offline music.PHOTATOMAN
Great app
I had recently unsubscribed to Apple Music they was charging me way too much like 21 dollars to 43 dollars and ripping me off by taking it out two days out of one month I would rate this 100 because it’s so kind of y’all to make an app so people can listen to there music without worrying about being charged too much Apple really let me down after charging me so much I’m sick of them why pay when u can download free songs y’all are loved by many people cause some people listen to music for depression thank youShow lessbriana nicole Bennett
It’s amaizng until the new update
I love this app. I’ve been using it for so long, but I just updated it two days ago now the ads aren’t loading so the next song won’t play. The ads are annoying enough, but I have to close the full app just for the it to load up a new ad so the songs continue. It’s so frustrating please fix this. I don’t care about the ads, just fix this glitch so I don’t have to keep closing the app each time.Show lessTajoosha
