Horrible plan! Never recommend.
I have this service from my job and used it twice, every single time I’ve used it there has always been an issue. People are rude on the phone and they have hidden charges that should be covered. Like “unlimited road side gas assistance” but you still have to pay for gas... I ordered a gas service at 6:30pm they didn’t get to me until 8:30pm and then when they got there said I had to pay. Horrible horrible horrible. Stick with AAA

Terrible app & website development
I’m aware that your overall company is legitimate and beneficial. But y’all need a new website and app. My husband is a software developer and this is just … not good. If you want a new one let me know and I will set y’all up…

Unreliable
I’ve had to use this device twice now. Once I locked my keys in my car. Scheduled on the app, waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Called after an hour and a half, was on hold for 20 minutes. Machine said I would get a call back and I never did. Finally get ahold of the towing company and they told me they don’t even service my area or have anyone available. Was able to get my spare key in the two and a half hours I waited. Second time needed a tow, no one ever showed up. Get a call 4 hours later about a tow truck. Ridiculous!
