  • Visit on telemedicine

    Today I had to take an appointment on KidzDocNow even if I am not a fan because most of the time some nurse practitioner never take their time to listen what your kid and what they need even if it’s a virus with no solution. My today visit was a successful one for the first time that’s why I would like to share . I recommend this nurse practitioner Estie Cohen who is very professional good listener and she gives solutions even when it’s a virus she is agree to prescribe bromphenir or benzonate instead of sending you out of the counter or honey and spray nasal about what I used to give to my kids when they had a cold.
    In one word she makes my day to make it easy for me .

  • Not user friendly for waiting queue

    I wish you would add an appointment option. I don’t mind the waiting but your app makes it very difficult by having to constantly look at app waiting queue. This could be and has been 2-3 hours of checking and waiting. There are no visual or audible alerts when your turn is close or you’re next. I only use this for one child, and the one we adults use is so much better with patients able to choose between appointments OR first available option. Hopefully your updated app has this.

    I’m so glad I decided to try this app. I had never done anything like this before I always go into the office but they were booked and had no availability. My son was at home today from school. I was able to schedule him an appointment for 8:15 PM which I thought was pretty cool didn’t have to bother with the ER didn’t have to wait till the next day she was really really nice thorough educated had the best bedside manner. We really enjoyed videoing with her good way to in the evening. I definitely would recommend her and use her again.
