  • What does this app even do?

Have the new Rhythm+ 2.0. Literally the only thing this app does is show the current heart rate. There’s no way to access “MyDetails” or most of the other functions. The only use I have for it is to get the monitor out of the pairing mode it keeps getting stuck in every time I turn it on.
    Not impressed.

  • All the bugs

Folks, your app is buggy to the point of being disrespectful. Custom HR zones: the selectors are completely disconnected from the numbers shown. Hitting the Update button has no discernible effect. (Also making us scroll to the exact HR value for each zone, starting at 40, is slightly cruel.) And how about some sensible defaults? Height 3 ft, weight 20 lbs, birthday this year? Please try harder.

  • Throw the whole app away

The device works fine, I use almost exclusively for connecting to my SoulCycle at home bike to keep track of my HR. This app is useless though. It took weeks for me to even get it to recognize that my phone was connected via Bluetooth and it promptly dropped the connection. None of the functions work either, when I try to click the different sections nothing happens.

  • BOTH the device and app work as expected

    I bought my Rhythm+ June of 2017.

Ok, there are a ton of negative reviews on here, which I believe are a tad unfair. I sync the strap with my watch (presently a TomTom Runner), and it just plain works. Occasionally the HR will measure low, but during the course of my runs, it is rock solid. As for the app, I only use it to make sure that my firmware is current (which has only needed an update 1 time - I’ll get to that in a minute), and to check the battery level to see if it needs charging. I basically charge the unit once per week.

I am actually now on my second Scosche HRM.

The first one (purchased in 2017) needed a firmware update, but (on the ORIGINAL app, not this one) following all of the guidance from the app and from tech support, it simply would not update. The tech support team advised me that it wasn’t really a necessary update, but if desired, they would replace my unit with a new one that had been updated. I opted to swap it out and have had no issues since. (This was in July/August 2019).

Do I wish we could do more in the App? Sure, but my main focus as a distance runner is knowing what my HR is doing during my training and long distance runs. Anything more than that is just a bonus.

  • You broke the only useful feature

Battery level now constantly reads zero. Knowing when my battery was getting low was really the only reason to use this app over others. Time to delete!
  • Waste of money

Like everyone says- app doesn’t allow fir connectivity. Don’t waste your money
  • Works on everything but its on app

Great device, horrible app. I can connect my rhythm to everything bit this app. Literally I could get this thing to connect to a satellite before it’s own app. Really disappointing especially at the price point.
  • Stopped working cannot be fixed

I have a rhythm + that works fine. My iPhone 11 see is, apple health sees it, my Apple Watch sees it, other apps see it, but this OEM app doesn’t see it.

Tried deleting app and reinstalling it, no change. Unpairing and repairing the rhythm +; no change. Restarting iPhone, no change

    I give up, deleting app

  • Absolutely worthless

The app appears to have been designed by a high school student for some project.
  • Worthless

Although the monitor seems to be working fine the app makes the experience totally worthless.
The user experience and functionality are very poor. App requires some serious intervention/upgrade. Returned my monitor the same day.
