Stopped Syncing Peloton Runs
What happened??? All of my peloton runs sync to Strava except the runs. They all used to come over. Now there are 0 stats. Extremely annoying.Stully83
App can’t find the monitor
The app is a piece of crap. It always says I can’t find the monitor when my phone has found it and the Bluetooth is on and the monitor is tracking my heart rate with my peloton. The app is the only thing that doesn’t seem to know the monitor is right next to it and I cannot understand why. Such a disappointment.Show lessBeautifulGiselle30
'Last Mode' isn't locking anymore
The app used to 'remember' the last mode/setting of the HRM, such as HRV or Heart Rate Only. Since the last update, this is not the case. The app defaults to Heart-Rate only every time I sync my HRM 24....
UPDATE: Can't believe that after so many months, this hasn't been fixed yet. This absolutely affects daily use. You're entirely dependant on the app!Show lessdigiwolfie
Worthless app
I bought the Rhythm+ to use with the Peloton and I haven’t had any issues there. The app doesn’t work. At all. I got the HRM to connect the very first time and have not gotten a connection since. Really frustrating.CAM565
doesn’t work, unable to connect to monitor
Can’t find my monitor, which is definitely on and recognized via Bluetooth, and an app by another developper is capable of retrieving its data ! claims issue with Bluetooth settings (if you manage to read the message before it disappears, yet the app is configured to access Bluetooth).

App is worthless.
Does not sync with its own app consistently and apparently the developers don’t care because the past reviews (similar to my experience) has not warranted a fix. Device is ok; however, my confidence and expectation is low for the device due to zero app reliability.Bayareahiker100

My phone does see the device just not their own friggin app! Cycle phone cycle app cycle monitor - nothing. Bluetooth was invented what 100 years ago. How can you not have figured out how to connect to it?

Working for me!
Despite the overall negative reviews of this app I really wanted to adjust my zones. I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, I was easily able to connect to my Rhythm24 and update it’s firmware. I was not able to find any bugs and everything worked like I expected it too. I hope you have the same experience.Show lessÄndrew
