Love this app just installed it!
I love the simple calendar and colors with reminders and repeat for task as I have ADHD and the only little small thing I see is no subtasks just a notes section could yall make a subtask line for us that want to break tasks down that’s the only thing this needs for me to fully enjoy it. I use my reminders app for subtasks it just doesn’t have the time block option of a calendar. Other things cost money and I don’t believe in paying for something to help my adhd and staying on task and not losing track of things. Please consider the subtasks section and maybe a section for adding small reminders like if it doesn’t have a time needs to be something to just add it to the calendar for all day or as a check off task and if the checkoff task had subtasks would be great those are the only things I can think of is a task added with reminders and subtasks to add in to the calendar. I love everything else about it other than adding new colors to it for multiple tasks and events. Thanks for reading this look forward to updates.Show lesstmclifton95$
Amazing
I’ve been using this calendar for almost two years now, and as the name it entails: it is quite simple! I love how everything is neatly organized, with reminders for events being an option as well. I couldn’t recommend this app enough!!!
One thing I hope for is that they introduce more colors, whether it be more default colors or a hue-picker that lets you completely customize your colors. I love color coding things and sometimes find 20 colors they give you isn’t enough. Other than that, though, this app is amazing!Show lessBudderking22

Thank you for making this app. Seriously. It is so easy to use. You can make recurring events, show the weather up to a week ahead, make different colors so events stand out, make reminders, add notes to events for more details, I could just go on. It tells you exactly what is going on by glancing at the calendar, not by having to go into multiple things to see what is going on this day. Great app!
I deleted another calendar APP to use this one and have appreciated the features this one has. The color for types of events is much easier than others. I like to look at the month view and be able to tell by the color and brief description what’s ahead. I also like the event copy method that allows me to duplicate and add an appointment that might not fall on a regular schedule. I hope leaving history (past events) continues as this gives me the ability to look back when I make notations on certain days. I also want to be able to delete some holidays that don’t apply to me. But overall, this is one of the most used apps I have and I love the many features!Show lesstx-turtle
Apple IOS Calendar has gone downhill......Simple Calendar saves the day!
I cannot believe the absolutely STUPID changes Apple has made to IOS Calendar App, taking away a month at a glance with text entries and substituting DOTS (why, why why ???). Thank God Simple Calendar provides a month at a glance view that is crucial for staying on top of a busy schedule. The best part of the old classic Apple Calendar is preserved by Simple Calendar.

I love it!
Its easy to use and it’s helped me stay organized! I would like to be able to cross things out though. Like for example on my calendar I have when my bills are due so I would like to write a line thru the event words so that I would know that I paid that specific bill already. It would just help me be more organized. I know it has the notes but they do not show unless I click on the specific event and I would just like to see it without having to click on the event and just opening the calendar. It’s Great!
Very easy to use and has a lot of the features other apps do without having to pay. There is ads at the bottom of your screen, but they do not affect the usage of the app. It does connect with your current phone calendar, but you can select which ones you want to show on the app. I wanted this calendar and my phone calendar separated, so it was easy to create a new sub-category in my phone calendar to put everything in the app into it’s own category and not have everything else in my main showing. Easy app to use on the run
I’m not a fan of using apps. I’m a paper and pen person. But I’ve found this app to be fun (with all the multiple colors available) and very easy to navigate. I still use my paper calendar but on the go this is quick to pull up, fill in and then transfer to the paper calendar at home.
I’ve recently (after 6 months of use) had some issues with setting the times on the calendar. It flips back and forth at least 3x before I can set it to what I want. This only started happening about a month ago. If that was fixed it would be perfect!!Show lessAMooreBeautifulHeart
Good but can’t be used independent of iPhone calendar
This app is a really nice option if you want to see your monthly calendar overview with color codes and more detail than just the little black dot for the day on the regular iPhone calendar. This app doesn’t store data but instead links to the iPhone calendar app. Any appointments made in either will cross populate. However, because it cannot be used independent of the iPhone calendar, it won’t fit all purposes. I was looking for a calendar separate from my regular schedule specifically to try to track allergic reactions, but unfortunately this won’t work because it connects to my regular schedule as it is dependent on the iPhone calendar. So my regular appointments and my allergic reaction entries show up in both calendars which isn’t what I needed.Show lessSeachellie
Don’t know how I lived without it!
SimpleCal is great! When I first started using it, I color coded the entries according to what type of appointments I entered because only I was using it. When I had to start keeping track of a family member’s appointments, I made all my appointments one color and all their appointments another. Birthdays have another. Financial/legal have another… you get the drift. I check it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. It’s a lifesaver if you have any kind of memory or attention deficit. Five stars and more!!! UPDATE— The more time goes by, I don’t know how I did without this app! I’m an adult with adhd (inattentive), and have great difficulty keeping track of time. With SimpleCal for major calendar day items and a to-do list app, plus my phone alarms, I’m able to manage my life.
