Best option I’ve found so far!
As straightforward as it gets! Simple enough that it doesn’t overwhelm or distract my ADHD brain, while not lacking in the basic necessities (color coding, etc). The visual layout itself is the most important part for me, as all other calendar app designs basically make my eyes glaze over. Love SimpleCal
I avoided app calendars because I found them tedious and very annoying to use. But then my daughter suggested I try SimpleCal, as she was pretty confident I would really like this app, and by golly, she was RIGHT! My favorite feature is in the editing of an event...with just one tap, you are at an ‘easy to edit’ screen where you can change dates, times, or delete an event! Love the colors you can use too! Lastly, you can sync this calendar to Google calendar, which is super handy for some.Show lesskt-kat-peaceout
Only One Issue
I love this calendar to help me track employment as a traveling hygienist. My only grievance is that it almost never allows me to set two different times for events (start and end times) without it then converting the other time to what I’m entering. For example, I start at 8:30 and try to mark end time as 4:00. When I chance the end time, it chances the start time to match the end time. I may have to switch to a different app for that reason.Show lessLeharkin

The best app ever. I wish it had more colors to put, please. It’s a very very good app. Although, I have a really big concern. This app is like a diary for me. So i'm afraid that if something happens to my phone, all of the events will be missing and disappeared for over a year and half that i’ve been using it. I have different calendars with all of the colors reflecting everything i do daily. So i would love it if it had a Sign in-log in option for the users to save their calendars in one place: this app. It’s simple and fantastic! It overlaps the other generic calendar apps on the App Store! Amazing! Please, consider and review my concern for the next update, it would be very convenient for everyone and it would help others to log in their calendars to different devices. Oh and i would love more colors, maybe palettes? Not asking for much, thank you so much! 😍❤️❤️❤️ Please download this app. You won’t regret it! Love this uncomplicated calendar app.
Most calendar apps I tried were too full of choices and made my head hurt when trying to get appointments and dates listed for the months ahead. This app. Is straight forward entering event, time, location and as many notifications as I want. A real plus, it saves previous data from appointments so the next time you need to enter that doctors name or favorite hair dresser you just tap on your choice from the saved list. The simple familiar calendar design let’s me see the entire month all on one screen. A great feature of the app is color coded saves on the app for different appts. I like to use the same color save for future appts. with the same doctor or nail salon etc. so I can easily pick them out when reviewing my calendar. 2nd time to review this wonderful App and I’m even more in love with it. I’m 84 and would not be able to keep my life organized with out it.Show lessshirleew55
Same flaws as Apple’s Calendar
Downloaded this app in the hope that it wouldn’t have he same inexplicable flaws as Apple’s calendar app, but no luck. Why would anyone purposely design a calendar app with unchangeable alert defaults. Want an alert 4 hours before the event? The night before the event? Too bad, you’re not allowed. If you want a reminder alert, pick one of the few defaults. Why?!.
All that I need is a simple calendar app that isn’t cloud-based and that allows me to set precise times and alerts. It’s ridiculous that all calendar apps don’t have those basic features. Though not as ridiculous as Apple’s calemdar app having those features and then removing them! Again, why?

Thank you for making this app. Seriously. It is so easy to use. You can make recurring events, show the weather up to a week ahead, make different colors so events stand out, make reminders, add notes to events for more details, I could just go on. It tells you exactly what is going on by glancing at the calendar, not by having to go into multiple things to see what is going on this day. I seriously am just so happy with this app. I have had it for awhile and it is always kept so simple. THANK YOU!!Show lesscacacaaacacCcc

This is an excellent app for organizing my days for calendar events and time management! Before I had this app, I honestly don’t know how many times I’ve missed or had been late to events like doctor appointments all because my calendar neglected to give me the notification. Continuous scroll and zoom options needed!
I really like this app! I love the colors and different options on what to display. To others looking at my calendar, it seems busy, but to me it’s perfect! I wish there was a continuous scroll option from month to month (vertical continuous scroll and horizontal non-continuous) and a zoom-out option so I could see months together at a glance and even years. Also would like a login feature to save stuff! Otherwise amazing app! Keeps improving! Thank you!Show lesslht2009
Love this calendar!
I’ve been using this app for about two months now. I love it! I was looking for something to replace Google calendar and I looked carefully before choosing this one. I wanted a calendar that could display more events in the monthly view without having to tap on a link to see the info I needed. This has met all my needs. It is easy to use, and will do almost everything I want to do. The one exception is that I would like to be able to hold and drag an event to another day. Please consider adding this feature.
