  • Perfect app

    I use this app and my pies come out perfect and calzones too I create them on my Ooni oven and it’s a 10/10
  • Great app, but lost data

    Really good app! easy to use with nice features including the ability to save multiple recipes. However, after doing an update all of my data was lost and I had to start all over.
  • Missing sugar

    Very good app but for those using home oven / making NY style dough you don’t have a place to factor in sugar or honey.
  • Poolish calculator

    First off this is a fantastic app that I use all the time and you did great with it. The only issue I have is the poolish function. It appears the poolish is calculated based on percentage of flour but I believe it should be based on percentage of water. For instance if you do 100% poolish it results in negative numbers for main dough dosages later on which is incorrect. Poolish from my understanding is based on the percentage of water in a recipe and biga is based on the percentage of flour. That way the end results come out correct for the dosages. Hope this helps!

    I love pizza. I love making dough. This is the most comprehensive & flexible app to portion out different recipes.

    If you enjoy tinkering in the kitchen this is the app for you! I mean you can even save each recipe & add comments…. Simply amazing!!

  • Great App

    I am a newbie with regards to making pizza dough. I have done multiple combinations of ingredient percentages, air temperatures, fermentation times, etc. using the settings in this app and the resulting dough has always been acceptable. Some turn out a little better than others, it could be more because of me and not the app, but again, the dough has always been good. I mostly use the Napoletano style settings as it is my favorite style for use in my wood fire oven. I agree with the other reviews that a nice update would be more flexibility with regards to the biga and poolish settings. I have a nice poolish recipe but I can’t replicate it with the app. I highly recommend this FREE app for experimenting with these styles of pizzas. And like others, I would pay for the app to eliminate the adds and have more flexibility with the settings.

  • Great dough tracker!

    Will be using this to dial in my recipe for pizza dough. Would pay $5 to support the developer and hopefully see no ads. One feature I would like to be implemented is a dough schedule with customizable steps. For example a schedule would be 6:10 mixed dough, 6:30 kneaded and RT bulk fermented, 8:30 shaped and CT ferment, 1:40 RT ferment, 6:10 final shape and bake.
