Fresh yeast support
Neopolitan pizza is typically made with fresh yeast, but the app currently doesn’t have that option. ADY/IDY/sourdough is not enough. ☹️alp b

Of course fresh yeast is supported and is the first option. All the acronyms are described on the glossary page.Updated app doesn’t look at iOS clipboard
Following an exchange with the developer, an update was made that addressed the clipboard issue and iOS 14+ no longer reports that the app is pasting information from the clipboard.

Since using this app and playing around with it my Pizza game has really gotten better. If you are into making your own dough for pizza I would suggest this app 100%. This has been very helpful. I won’t say this app is perfect but it is close in my opinion. #PizzaIsLife

This app is an absolute saviour. It takes all the working out and just gives you the information you need to get going.Omgbubbles
Very useful. Some suggestions:
Definitely get this app if you want a quick way to figure out ingredient amounts for any amount of dough you want to make.
Some requests for future versions:
1. Allow dough ball sizes to be adjusted in 1g instead of 10g increments.
2. Allow changing of yeast percentages. (Maybe with a “defaults” button to restore values to original percentages.)
In fact, an advanced settings tab that allows changing percentages of most of the ingredients, especially with the biga and polish, would be a great addition. With a biga specifically, I have had great results that don’t conform at all to the percentages and ferment times in this app. Allowing more control over this feature seems the best way to implement it. Again, with a “recommended defaults” button to input the default numbers currently used.

Easy and delicious pies
With this app, it is very easy to play with factors such as fermentation time, hydration, flour mixtures, saltiness, etc. Love the save feature to keep the successful trials. Makes pizza making a joy. Great app!adriancastillo
Napoli style pizza

It would be really nice to allow for edits to the recipe notes. I like to add notes as I go and get results. Right now I have resave and retype.atx grassroots footy
What about Sicilian
