App Shutting Down
Doesn’t work with mobile data
Will work for a couple of days after resetting the camera, but then goes straight back to connection failed.
Please fix!!!!

No push notifications..
however the stream quality and control are very useful. I was able to pan the camera from another state.
But still.. motion activated push notifications for unexpected visitors would be an ideal feature for future updates.
The motion alarm isn’t useful if you have pets.. it’ll just blare continuously.. And email notifications aren’t great either. I end up getting 100 emails a day of dust floating past the camera. Not useful. I stand by my original post and suggest the developer figure out how to implement push notifications.

The app does not support push notification. However, the app is able to send email alerts if motion is detected. Also, there is an audible alarm that can be set off to alert/scare an intruder. The email alerts and the alarm must be enabled in the app settings.
No Push Notifications
Come on Swann! Stop producing hundreds of apps and work on making all your products work on one WHICH SENDS PUSH NOTIFICATIONS...
The Always Safe App is much more sleek and works much better than SwannCloud but I cannot rate it more than 1 star as it has failed to deliver on the second most important aspect of what people want this for. 1 to see a live stream of the camera. 2 to be informed of any movements.

Not working
The tech support is in the Philippines and Swann in the USA or AU will not talk directly to the customer. The people in the PI are clueless and are not really employed by Swann. Its a Fing mess. Also the firmware needs to be updated and the camera will not allow an update. The app is clumsy and unstable.
Not sure what a better solution is but the answer is NOT Swann. I bought these to try out the company quality and software before I did a large POE system. Glad I found out what Swann is all about first. before spending thousands.
