  • Please Update!

    I love my pan and tilt camera! However, the app takes forever to load to view and fails almost every time I try to view from my phone, at least 1-2 times. I’m considering purchasing another unit but the app is making me have second thoughts. Please update!

  • Unusable. Return.

    Plus, the camera itself is great and the rotation feature is welcome. Negative: everything else. It only works when you're on the same WiFi network as the camera this defeating a prior of being able to view from any location. I'm a seasoned IT professional. Even rebooted and deleted it a few times with the same results. This is a joke. Will be returning it!

  • Connection poor

    Was working fine for the 1st year. Now every time I try to remote in it says connection error. I have to keep resetting the camera.
  • Name change

    How about we change the name of this app to never safe? Always offline? Crim safe?... the thing is ALWAYS offline, they will blame the user but no matter which internet you use NBN, broadband, wireless it does what it does best... goes offline for no reason at all. I bought SWANN cameras because I wanted to monitor my home when I was away... but I spend more time wondering why the hell I bothered with Swann. Very disappointed.

    I know I’m not the only one to have this problem, and It’s been ongoing for over a year. Don’t waste your money or time.

  • Not so practical as a Baby monitor

    Camera was easy to set up. But would love the app to have a alert when motion detection is activated, even if app is not currently closed. Also would love the ability to have the app activated or notification sent to the phone (when app not open) when sound is detected. This would make the camera and app more user friendly as a baby monitor

  • Rapidly Inhales

    This is by far the worst app I have ever used. Camera says WiFi but it’s anything but. Set it up with Ethernet and get to the WiFi setting that way and the app crashes. The 24/7 support is a farce. The number refers you to the website. Just so they can take their sweet time in responding as I am still awaiting a fix. Would leave a zero if I could.

  • Horrible App

    Great camera quality. The app itself is ridiculous. Every time we open it, it says log in failed and forces us to log in again which takes about a minute and then takes another minute for it to finally stream. It does this on every device we own Apple and Android.
  • Email notifications don’t work

    No matter what email or server I used the email notifications fail. It’s so aggravating!!

  • Not up to scratch

    Not one to write reviews as it’s always a personal perspective, but......... I’m not sure if it’s the app or the Swann cameras but this app works amazingly when I’m in my home in earshot of my camera. Leave the house and I cannot connect, WiFi or LTE. Sort of defeats the whole object really. Lesson to self, heed the reviews before buying.

  • App is awful

    The camera is amazing, but the app looks nothing like pictured and there’s no possible way from the app to do a play back like it shows on the app previews
