Compare to other banking apps
I can’t do anything with my card on this app like report lost or stolen, change my pin and maybe add an option to report traveling. So my card doesn’t get canceled. This app is very far behind in modern technology. I feel as though this app isn’t connected to my debt card or bank account. It was just created so I can check my balance without having to call.

Frustrating to no end
It's not the app itself. It's set up nicely and you'd think it be nice to use. My app won't update my balance, I have a hell of a time trying to transfer funds using this app and I constantly get locked out of my account. I had none of these issues with the old lake sunapee app.
Disappointed
I'm simply disappointed. I was integrated after Lake Sunapee merged. I found that that capabilities of the app are subpar compared to LS app. The mobile deposits time frame is about double that of LS and the interface is not as user friendly. I really hope Bar Harbor chooses to absorb the wonderful distinctions of LS so I can love this bank too.

Awful design, not at all user friendly
Compared to the old BHBT app, this is horrible. Not to mention the fact that none of my auto bill pay information ported over!
Awful
I do not know what other reviewers are finding so good about this app. In a drill down, there are no apparent ways to back out recursively. There's no sign out dynamic text I could find...makes me nervous bailing without proper closing the app. This app is not well done and is atypical performance for this stalwart bank. I should think Curt wouldn't like using this at all.

I logged in and made my fist transaction on the new app with ease! The appearance exceeds all other banking apps. Great Job BHBT! Very Impressed
