One little problem
I love the app it makes it so easy to buy a gift and a card last minute. Although there is one little problem. When you go to send the card it says you have to subscribe which costs a couple dollars a month. The only way to send the card to the person is to buy a gift card to go with the card. For me this wasn’t much of a problem but for some occasions maybe I don’t want to send a gift card or subscribe. Other than that it is a great app.Show lessFdggyhg',m,,,,jfrifroggy

Contacting Customer Service
I had a small issue with a card online. When I reached out to customer service they were super fast with their response and extremely nice. The issue was immediately resolved. I have past traumas when it comes to emailing companies with certain problems CardSnacks customer service deserves this review and acknowledgment very appreciative of the help I got and now I can go shopping!! I travel a lot and often miss holidays and other significant events in the life of those important to me. Your product has allowed me to still let my loved ones know I care and remember those significant days in their lives. Your vast collection of different holidays and moments has never failed me. I go all out in selecting the perfect card and utilizing your card features such as the perfect font, font size, background colors, animation, personal photos, a personal voice message and adding a gift card. Your selection of gift cards is nothing short of exhaustive and vast. There’s a wide enough selection to find a gift card for every unique loved one.
I also like that I can send the greeting card, via email or text message. Thank you for creating a product that gives me the opportunity to show my loved ones how much they mean to me even though I can’t always be with them at special times.Show lessJhoppySays

Excellent alternative to a static card.
Really like the animated feature as the Recipient opens it like a physical card. ALSO, like the option to send with mobile # or email as not all are comfortable sharing mobile #s and for Thank Yous and such to Businesses, there is often not a mobile option. **Big amenity feature I would like to see the developer add is allowing us to SAVE a signature like Ink Cards app. Most of us are known to friends & family by different names. Would be great to SAVE multiple signatures. STILL a GREAT app. Thanks for providing this! I am an annual subscriber.Show lessJonesays1

I have used CardSnacks to send gift cards and greeting cards to friends- but recently discovered that you can send virtual invitations and collect RSVPs. I used the app to send out invitations for my daughters christening and it was so user-friendly! I was able to easily design my card and collect RSVPs. It is as so easy for my friends and family to reply- even if they didn’t have the app. 10/10 would recommend!Show lessKaseyBlaney

Totally customizable, enough cards to choose from. All you need is the recipients phone number. The only thing I wish is that they offer a generic Visa gift card, however currently they charge less than $2 to process a gift card and the virtual card (everything together) so maybe that is why they don’t carry it- I know activating a visa gift card always cost a few extra dollars.

Best App Ever
Oh how I love this app! It is easy to use. It has a great variety of cards. I upgraded to premium and my access to music is wonderful. Then when I have quiet time, I can look ahead and send cards in advance of the day. I have not used the option of including a gift card yet. Cool simple concept that would earn my 5 stars, if it worked as advertised. As I finalized my card it was stuck on the “Preparing CardSnack…” screen. All the effort and in the end I just showed her via the preview screen which really was a buzz kill to the thoughtfulness of this app. Though inconvenient, I would have been content to try it out on my phone instead, in case of some technical issue. However, on my phone it does not show my card in my profile that I worked on from my iPad. Ok fine that didn’t work, then I’ll just copy and paste my work from my iPad and airdrop it to my phone and start over, fine. But even then I couldn’t find the cover that I used on my iPad on my phone. Is it the cover I’m using that is corrupted? It’s possible, but it’s from your select set of options from the store that I searched for and am now attached to. Frustrating process that should be simple, ended up wasting a lot of my time.Show lesstitobanuelos
