  • Can’t pick temperature through the app.

    The app paired fast and I can turn it on through it and change its modes but the temperature? It’s a stupid dial that doesn’t show the actual temperature you’re selecting and it won’t even change. On top of that the scheduling isn’t a schedule, it’s a timer. I’d like to pick times like between 7-3:30 to have it cut off and turn back on but it’s only giving options for how many hours it operates. Fairly annoying :(
  • Can’t even register for the app

    For some absolutely dumb reason, this app has one single field for both your email and phone number. Who does that?!? You need to enter both to register and no matter what I did, it kept saying my phone number was invalid.
  • Easy setup and Easy to Use!

    Took less than 5 minutes to install app, add device, and setup with my Alexa! Made sure my WiFi was on the 2.4 GHz before registering. App found the device right away and I was able to rename it by clicking on the “more” button at the top right. Installed the skill on Amazon. Got an error message that no devices were found but I went to my main dashboard and clicked on new devices and it was just sitting there. Was very easy to setup and I’m loving using the voice controls to adjust my new AC!
  • Change Temp Selector to Digital

    I also had trouble pairing. I needed to use my wife’s Samsung phone to pair both a older Rollibot and a brand new one.
    One thing I like on the android app vs this iOS app is the Temperature selector. On the Android app it’s digital display with plus (+), and minus (-) buttons. The circle on this app I find isn’t as user friendly.
  • Cannot get it to pair

    The app has horrible user interface, but what’s worse is it does not even function for me.
    No matter what I do, I cannot get the app to connect with the Air Conditioner. I have tried multiple troubles-shooting methods. I have disconnected to my 5G network, and only used my 2G WiFi. I have made sure it’s the only app open. I have restarted my phone. I have tried on multiple devices. No matter what I do it just says “connecting” with a spinning wheel for about two minutes, and then says “Error: timeout”
    It is extremely frustrating because I purchased my AC unit BECAUSE it was smart phone/Alexa compatible. I would have purchased a different brand had I known it would not function with the app.
  • Works well

    I was able to par the unit to my phone and Alexa without any issues.
  • 2.4 ghz only?

    How stupid, my network doesn’t have a 2.4, only 5 because I have a mesh.
  • Why even bother?

    What’s the point in putting any effort when it’s this bad? I can’t even connect to it, just keeps telling me “connect to wireless network” when I have good wifi available. Waste of time

    Everything paired and worked perfectly fine with me idk what all these other reviews are going on about.
  • They need to update the app

    Lots of room for improvement. Scheduled time on and off could be a lot better. Temp change is impossible- it won’t alter it regardless of moving it. Such a lame worthless app. Hope you all make some updates. We have never seen a single update.
