I’ve really enjoyed using the G03 heart rate band over the last few years - it’s been really convenient to receive messages and track activity/sleep patterns but recently the app logged me out of my account and now I can’t get back in. I tried a password reset, re-registering under a different email, but nothing seems to work. The band still tracks my steps and receives messages from my phone but I can’t see any of the cumulative health data through the app.
I don’t know whats wrong either because the only thing that comes up is a black box - I assume that’s the error message but I don’t know what the error is because it’s blank and then disappears after a few seconds
