Can’t use the app
I’ve really enjoyed using the G03 heart rate band over the last few years - it’s been really convenient to receive messages and track activity/sleep patterns but recently the app logged me out of my account and now I can’t get back in. I tried a password reset, re-registering under a different email, but nothing seems to work. The band still tracks my steps and receives messages from my phone but I can’t see any of the cumulative health data through the app.
I don’t know whats wrong either because the only thing that comes up is a black box - I assume that’s the error message but I don’t know what the error is because it’s blank and then disappears after a few secondsShow lessphoenixshadow_

It worked fine. Now it wont update the watch info.

How can I bind my lenovo watch if i cant even register to the app! its useless. I cant even use my watch because of this issue! This is the worst app so far! pls improve lenovo! and dont sell lenovo smart bands if it will not work on ur app.give me a solution

I paired this app with my g03 and comparing the g03 to the mi band2, g03 hands down will be the better choice but the down side is the app that comes with it. sluggish, takes forever to load and log in, clunky UI. everything just spells bad for the app.

Can't log in, again...
Overall si pretty good👍🏼 the only problem is that sometimes I can't log in, this takes hours at a time.,. The other apps work just fine, the internet connection is stable, phone software good, etc. Last time this happened I had to delete the app and downloaded it again and still took a while to log in. At the moment I haven't been able to log in for about 5 hours. (Checked wifi, closed the app re opened it, etc).Show lessLau24
