Really frustrating app
Every time you login it will whether you are new or existing customer. When I tried to login using internet id and pwd it will through an error “ some technical problem could not complete your request and
Contact customer support”. Don’t have too many apps for SBI have one or 2 apps and maintain them or else people will not use SBI, please get compared your self with other bank apps(this doesn’t mean SBI has more customer thn other bank and we should have too many mobile apps). When you don’t maintain quality service it’s waste of having too much quantity. Please have a solution to YONO mobile app or scrap the mobile application. I am trying to login to yono from last 15-30 days and not even a single time I was not able to successfully login.Show lessItunes@1234

After each update the app needs to be authenticated again. This time it is asking to set the MPIN again. You guys are the largest Bank in India, if you don’t try to salvage your reputation, then nobody else would. At least do something with the money you are looting from customers in the name of Minimum Account Balance.Show lessBen.cy
Junk
This app is a junk. Worked for some days then stuck on set mpin and when u try to set it says already registered. I guess SBI one day thought we need app and went on some automatic app generation site and searched banking app and just created it. I can’t think how can someone make such a thing after spending money. If it was really developed, ohhh man i pity the developers.Show lessg_v_c

I have tried to download this app twice and tried to register as existing customer but failed on the terms and conditions screen... this is so frustrating Sbi advertising vs the reality. Every time it predictably failed at the same screen. Someone really needs to check ... I also work for IT services but have never made such a crappy app or had delivered such crappy end user experience. Maybe this is not made for iOS . Beats me !!!Show lessyuyyyui
Was happy till I updated the latest version
This was a very handy app for me to manage my SBI accounts till I updated it yesterday.
It won’t let me login. It no more asks for mpin and instead asks if I’m an existing SBI customer. On clicking so, I’m asked for online banking details (if I have them). Despite providing them, it returns an error saying the device is registered to another user!
The usually 4+ starred app has hence been rated 1 star for this released version. Please rectify to restore faith here.Show lessArindam2228

Agreed a pain and though you have internet banking it does not allow you to register.

Worst App ever
This is the worst app ever on iOS . Apple should have done more research on this software before authenticating on Apps serve.
It seldom works and it’s complete waste of time . But the customers are left with no other choicesShyjujohn
As expected the app is crap
I was reading through other users reviews before deciding to install the app. Even after seeing negative reviews I still thought to give it a try. I shouldn’t have .. I didn’t receive the OTP to complete the registration even after multiple tries so basically this app is of no use to me.
SBI really need to decide requirements for their mobile apps thinking of every possible user perspective and then hire someone good developers to develop that mobile app rather than building crappy apps one after another with different names.Show lessabhi742

But there is small bug in this app when i transfer money total balance is not changing..Showing same balance even i transfered but when i log in website the balance shows correctly ..dęvą
Not up to standards...
The simple thing a customer would login first to check is his account balance which includes all savings account , PPF account... and other linked accounts... there is no clarity to view the same. It is more dedicated to investment and shopping purpose I guess!! Hence, the app name is a misdirection for customers, you need to truely change/rectify the whole outlook of this app. Extremely disappointed!!Show lessbullzeye91
