It’s impossible to contact Support my game crashes every time I hit the mail button and continually restarting. Since Geae took over the game went downhill fast. All I can get is ask questions and there isn’t an answer to the question and again no way to contact anyone. Going to try and see if I can get through by going to payment issues since they are more about getting money than solving issuesShow lessJLWhitmire
Ongoing failures - Not a game for a new player
A game which is continued purely through the dedication of the existing players. The game itself is very poorly maintained and supported. Failures are not communicated to players, the game just fails in certain points. There is a user community which shares known issues and workarounds, but that is no use to new players.
Tournaments are frequently setup incorrectly and the game developers consistently fail to learn from their mistakes. I would NOT recommend this game to a new player.Show lessgaeavictim

This is KOM but they did not renew the licence with the movie makers so they moved everyone over to EvDBCsmoke
Went to pot
Liked the game much better when Kabam was running the show. The city architecture looked better, the prizes in the various wheels were better and the drop rates for things were much better. I still play as I enjoy the style of game play and I have already invested a lot in the game before. I will spend no more money on this game though and would tell new users to find another game.Show lessje..wha

Just tried to login to hobbit kom to reconnect with old friends. I am greeted by a message stating the need for an update, which turns out isn't an update at all, this app is shadow of the true game, terrible remake, terrible hero names, all because the developers didn't want to pay for the rights to use hobbit theme contents.
Forcing people who have paid for a higher class product, into settling for a mediocre copy, this is a disgusting show of customers neglect. Hope no no one is giving them a penny more.Show lessGamer gibson

I played the previous version for years (Hobbit KOM) and stayed with the game when sold to Gea... Not bad at first... Then when the license expired and Gea came out with this new version things got worse. Play if you want to spend money.... Otherwise save your time, bad graphics, glitches, and little motivation to keep playing.Show less27654/-
Disappointed
After many months of trying to get my kabam ID changed, and 3 email addresses later, I have FINALLY been able to login and get all my cities and items.
Many times during this process I have had to delete/reinstall "The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle Earth", but the last time the App Store said it was not available any more. It was quite by chance that I found the "Elves vs Dwarves" app, which, surprise surprise, turns out to be the (low quality) replacement. Why was this never mentioned in over 30 emails?
Overall, dealing with Gaea has been an extremely frustrating experience. Since they took over, the game has really gone downhill.Show lessKleggieAU
