Firmware doesn’t update & none of the functions work
Absolute trash!
This software has just bricked my brand new headphones by wiping the software and failing to update or reinstall another. Not worth 1 star. Hopefully Amazon will accept return. Won’t be buying any products form either company again.
Firmware update fails
The app prompts me to perform a firmware update but fails on a loop.
Firmware update failure
Once I updated to the newest app revision, it forced my headset to update firmware; which has now failed 10+ times. Reinstalled the app and it has continued to fail, thus leaving me completely unable to use any features of the headset, other than them being regular headphones.
Firmware Update renders headset useless
Hopefully there will be a swift update to make my headphones work again. I expected better from Apogee and Sennheiser.
Waste of money.
Bought a pair today. Fails to update firmware. None of the features listed work. What a joke.

Still getting crashes on iOS14
After updating to the latest app, I'm still getting iphone crashes when attempting to record for the first time. For example, after plugging in the headset and then hitting the "record" button in Voice Memos, or any other app, my iPhone completely crashes. Once it restarts, the headset seems to work fine again. This is 100 percent reproducible in my case.
Also, it would be great if the app allowed me to choose my own app for recording. The ones suggested are either no longer supported or behave poorly on iOs14.

Configurations don’t stick
Configuring the buttons to “open camera” doesn’t work.
Accessible and usable
This app is accessible and usable. The Ambeo smart headset works very well with the app.
