AltCal is a lifestyle solution for people with busy schedules. At the core the iOS mobile app is more flexible and robust than any other calendar on the market. Since our beta launch we’ve heard lots of feedback and took suggestions for how our app can best help busy people plan their daily lives at home and at work. This version has been in beta testing all year and offers a host of new design features and organizational tools to help you stay productive. You can now demo your calendar before you even sign up. We’re still working on the design of those screens but wanted to get that option out there sooner than later. As we’re still in build mode, please help us learn about where we can continue to improve. Remember to use the share link from emails, browsers and other apps to help you save time and eliminate chaos while discovering, considering, and planning your digital and in real life events. We hope you’ll have fun discovering the hidden features throughout the simple design while your daily plans become magically styled with icons, images and easy to read formats. In 2022 our plans are to add better ui and more tools to help you stay on track of more things that you care about. In this latest release we’ve addressed a few bugs and most importantly are excited to launch a new tool for making it easier to add new events to your schedule. You’ll also notice a new section called See Also which offers a quick glance that an event has more than one day, date or time. We’ve been working on Your Event improvements focusing on the day, date and time series to help with easy planning of events, meetings, reminders and appointments which occur often and need to be easily tracked.

Our latest update is in response to your requests to manage your topic tags. Notice the updated section in Your Profile and a new dropdown at the top right of Add Event page. We’ve also added a notifications alert to remind you to set your alarm at night for your first event of the day. As a bonus we also added a custom snooze button for events which need a few minutes before you can get to them More updates underway. Please feel free to send us your feature requests. The AltCal team has been busy listening to your suggestions and learning about the different ways you use the app to stay organized. This version has ui updates which are the first of the enhancements we will release over 2021 calendar year. From busy moms who’ve mastered zero calendar blocking to the creative makers who use AltCal for projects. It’s easy quickly share and index the links, meetings, and screenshots that you make and receive 7 days a week.
