Pretty good. Could use some improvement.
I absolutely love this game. It’s fast paced, and you can play at your own pace to collect enough silver coins for standard aircraft purchases. The missions are tough, but not all stars are needed to advance in rank. I would say that for as agile as the P-38 was in actuality, it handles like a whale in gameplay. Being forced to use this for mission 10-5 severely limits the player from advancing.
The 10-5 mission also shows a P-51D in the mission snapshot, which should not be even possible, because you’re forced to use a P-38 model. With all of the armor and upgrades, I’m still unable to beat this level, even after three weeks of attempts.
I would recommend a “dogfight” mode for the scramble, as there are missions that require shooting down maneuvering aircraft, at various speeds. The barrage balloons do not offer the same skill practice.
Overall a good game, but am maxed out on rank and stuck on a level.Show lessBlbclay
Super amazing but I want a couple things
I love this game a lot it doesn’t need Wi-Fi it is super fun it’s easy to control but there was a couple things I want The first thing is stuff like the TBF and the two medium bombers can you give them back gunners because I just don’t like that the planes like the TBF avenger doesn’t have a working back gun I would also like you are able to switch payload options instead of just having to stick with the one you unlock and you can’t go back and get the payload option you got before also I would also like in free mode you able to just make enemies for just funShow lessBludoglover
Fantastically Excellent
The devs nailed it on this one! The graphics and artwork are incredible and immersive. The planes and missions are many and diverse. The two flight modes allows you first, to get a feel for the planes and missions; and then, re-enjoy them in a more challenging way. I’ve been a gamer for about 35 years. I’ve played many flight simulator style games, but only enjoyed a few. This one is fantastic. The flight controls are simple, but realistic. The missions are challenging, varied, and fun. The only downside is that they have made such an awesome game, I can’t get enough. I’m chomping at the bit for another update. Could you please make a scramble mission that is more like an open war zone. You could use the Armored Ballon one as a template, with ally bases and ships, enemy bases with AA, planes, and buildings to bomb, enemy fleets to destroy, but have groups of zeros as air support instead of balloons. Maybe even have some groups attacking ally bases or ships to defend. Also, I suggest reworking your plane packages to eliminate the overlap on planes. It would be more of an incentive for those players that want to spend, which might increase the revenue for more mission and plane development 😉. This is the best mobile plane game ever, I mean you get to roll without having to click a specific button you can make loops up and down the gun mechanics are really good and it’s easy to get new planes with each level being different, you can also throttle up and down, then you can land and takeoff whenever even on carriers with hooks and putting down landing gear mid flight, that’s always fun. However, everything is great and all but... Gunners, I mean that is a pretty important part on most bombers, but there aren’t any! Is it really that hard I mean it’s really fun to shoot at a6m zeros from an sbd dauntless when it’s on your tail, I would just love it if you just added good gunners! And I think everyone can agree on it. Please make gunners!Show lessgs96f

Yes, we are getting a lot of requests for gunner "AI" and may add something like that in the near future. Very glad you appreciate being able to make "real" aircraft maneuvers - we tried to be a little more than just an arcade game. One of my favorite games. Great graphics, more simulation style than arcade but arcade style, fun missions . Not a pay to play unless you don’t want ads. Level 2-4 and 10-2 have objectives that aren’t there and will make you frustrated and waste much of your time. In 2-4 they ask you to photograph a non-existing enemy outpost, so don’t waste hours like I did. It’s not there. 10-2 mobile forces: one objective is to destroy “all 10 cannons” but there are only 9 cannons on the level. I have flown around for hours and have covered the entire island 20-30 times and there is no 10th cannon. What a waste of time! My last problem is that you can’t turn off the flawed auto aim. There is a button to turn it off but it still aims on its own and actually won’t let you lead your target.Show less

Here is a hint for 10-2 from the mouth of the mission designer: "3 cannons are surrounding the small enemy base near the 2 bridges crossing the water. The larger base on the opposite side of the bay is surrounded by 5 cannons. The last 2 remaining cannons are next to the suspension bridges heading into the mountains. All cannons are relatively close to another." Hope that helps!Pretty great game......But
Plus I think it would be interesting if they added another section on the home screen that if you click it you see to things pop up on saying Pacific Theater and European Theater, and in each one like the European Theater you could fly American, British, French, Germany and Italian as well as Russian. The Pacific Theater you can fly American AND Japanese planes and you can have any of these countries as enmeshed Allied or Axis powers.Show lessSpaceMan161718
Stuff I’d like to see in the game
Now I love this game it’s awesome and I recommend it it gives me a fun time or something but it’s good for people who like a campaign and a flight/army sim but I can agree with wanting more air to air levels and I had this idea of multiplayer and cross platform play because think how cool if your friend was in a b-25 or something and you were in a fighter and you had to escort and protect your friend from waves of enemies and then your friend bombs a target and you both get objectives like the fighter has to take down all the enemies in a amount of time or the bomber has to bomb 2 targets but if that’s to much then I’d like to see some sort of tail gun system for the bombers and stuffShow lessRiverini1

Lots of planes and lots of missions related to the Pacific Campaign in WW2. Can be played offline, so that’s a plus too. Get the B-25 Mitchell as soon as possible and upgrade it because a lot of the missions are bombing targets and sinking ships. You CAN land the B-25 back on the aircraft carrier, which is where the end point for numerous missions is. This is one of those free games that you don’t mind paying to support even though you don’t have to.Show lessJasonH*****

Great game played for the last few months been real fun and all. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes or knows things about ww2 aircraft or someone who is just looking for a new plane sim to play. There are lots of missions to play and are all fun but 1 thing I do not like is there are not a lot of air to air missions most of them are air to ground, making torpedo runs bombarding enemy bunkers,tanks,airfields etc. The currency you pay for-gold is easy to get but if you want a good gold plane it could take you a while or you could buy gold but I haven’t and I have enjoyed the game just as much. I haven’t experienced any bugs or glitches which is amazing. My one complaint about the game is that in the missions you can’t leave to far from your area or else it says leaving mission are and about 15 seconds later it makes you restart the mission and the same goes to if you fly to high. I would ask to let you fly higher cus I like dive bombing but it’s difficult when you only have about 5000 feet. I’d definitely play it I were you.Show less_kitty17cat_

Thanks for the well thought-out review. We are working towards more dogfighting, but trying to avoid boring "turn in circles" battles. Also, your note about flying out of the mission areas is a good one. This is the greatest game I have so far on my Mini I-Pad! All of the missions are great, and I’m hoping you get some new ones in real soon. The only thing that I would put in though is if you have your internet on, you can get free gold if you watch an ad. The free spin thing you added in is okay but it only lands on silver coins instead of crates or gold. I heard that you were going to get rid of the supply crates, so maybe instead of throwing it away you could add gold prizes in there from like 5 gold to 25 gold pieces in there. It’s a good idea.
