Can’t refine search to my area
I’m getting notifications for houses hundreds of miles away. I can’t refine my search to the actual area I’m trying to buy a a house causing a ridiculous amount of notifications per day.

You have to pick a real estate agent in order to view homes. I don’t want an agent, and I don’t think I should have to pick from their list. App deleted less than 5 minutes after install!
Preference and glitches
The app is not allowing me to keep preferences and keeps kicking me out. When load we were in the gilbert are where we were looking but when we came to Tucson where we live we were inundated by properties anywhere from $50k to multi millions. It will not let me set parameters only for Phoenix are with prices to save so its been frustrating!

Doesn’t seem to do remote areas very well. Probably just bigger central cities...
Sometimes doesn’t work well sometimes works great !
What happened to the search by school district option ??
More work needed
Can’t isolate searches by city. This makes notifications annoying when you are receiving 20 or more a day in areas you have no interest in.
Doesn’t Show the Website I was working on
This appears to be a basic map search. I thought it would be more functional and allow me to search on the website. Not useful.
Needs work
This app needs to work out some bugs. I tried to search a location and nothing changed in my results. In the map section, you’re supposed to be able to draw out your preferred area and I’m not sure if you are supposed to be able to see this listing in the listing area but it did not do that for me and made it harder to look at the homes. It is a helpful to get an idea of what you want but not super helpful
