Cars are nice, app glitchy
Fortunately, in both cases, I was able to call the help line and the support person was able to end my drive remotely once they picked up, but it’s disappointing that what should be a basic part of the app does not work as intended.
If this was a user issue, neither the app nor the support person gave any indication of what I did wrong - which would be a helpful feature to add to the app if that was the case.
The app is still good for people who don’t own a car who occasionally need one on short notice, but issues with the app make me only want to use it when I have no other option.
