i cant register

i bought so many things from Beko for my new apartment. I live in Kosovo and i am not able to register... it says registration failed /task failed

Give us back the old version.

This version of the app is pointless. Where we used to be able to watch our connected devices to see when washing loads were finished or to remotely start cycles, now we are stuck trying to just get the app not to crash trying to figure out if we can change our location (which we can’t which is ridiculous).

You had a good thing with the previous version of the app but in your efforts to make it better you ruined a good thing. Roll it back so we can actually use it.

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever experienced

Where do I start?

Registering an account
Numerous privacy issues here. Why they need so much personal information for a washing machine remote control is beyond me.

Setting up washing machine to work with it
It’s great, I follow the instructions and manage to connect my phone to the device (app developer, please use the standard way of connecting a Bluetooth device instead of this awful in app way).
The washing machine shows up as a device.
But and here’s where the bad experience gets worse. All I get is “you must enable remote control using the button on your device”. Yeah are we talking my phone/tablet or the appliance? Because remote control on the appliance (washing machine is on, Bluetooth icon is steady (not flashing)). But I still can’t connect

App developer
Please look at other smart home apps to see how it should be done, for example apple’s home app, Phillips Hue, Nest or Kasa. While none are perfect at least they work.

Recommendation
After 45 minutes I simply gave up. Save yourself the time and frustration, there’s a reason why this app has so few stars. Avoid.

Terrible app !!!

After a lifetime of Bosch, I took the plunge, and bought a Beko washer dryer, the Bluetooth function was an added extra I liked...Why??IDK??

This is an awful, awful, dysfunctional and broken app, at least with my iPhone Xr and the Beko W/D, after the long winded installation chore, I had it paired, I admired my new screen on phone saying cycle time left and pause button! Now you’d want to try something, wouldn’t you? I touched the pause button on phone and it paused machine! Yay! it works! My triumphant glee was short lived when I touched the pause again to restart ( it showed play icon ) it didn’t work! I had to go to machine to re-start it! Kind of defeats the object !

I think the app also looks hideous, very amateur for a global brand!

For those brave enough to try this app, here’s a few tips:

Photo the label with s/n before starting machine because you need door open to read it!
Lid = Door
Its the little 8 digit No. not the big 8 digit.
Email confirmation goes straight to spam!

Expect a generic response from the app devs saying please reply to support link in app! How about the app devs CONTACT US via our registration email details!!!! And show they give a SH*T!

Can’t connect

Can’t connect my washer-dryer at all. Trying for 3 months now, tried everything already. When the HomeWhiz is enabled on device, the search screen is loading longer when with homewhiz disabled on device it’s loading in seconds, looks like it found something but the app glitch doesn’t let me add the device, only retry searching for it. No device available in the app, and I paid more for washer-dryer just to have option with the phone, waste of money and a shame on app developers they can’t fix it. So many people said the app was fine before update, why would you change something that works? Or at least change it for the old version and work on the new one in your office then, when you’re sure it works, update it cause it’s unusable. And for 3 months or longer people are saying that, but you don’t care? Terrible.

New update has ruined the well working app!

Before having the new update, I was able to remote my AC easily but the updated version of the app is a total disaster that, has complex interface and many errors. It must be fixed as soon as possible. Why do you release a version without testing it properly?? causes terrible experiences for the costumers...

Usability is non-existent

Horrible interface and usability. Cannot do the simple things such as updating settings like location. Kept telling me my location was in Istanbul with no option to correct. App Instructions to add an appliance is incorrect and unclear. Still not able to add any appliance to the app. Will give it zero stars if I could

No longer works.

The last update broke it. It immediately shuts down (but is still present in the background.). Please fix!!!

Awful since update

Previously loved using this app to access different settings for the washing machine. Since the update, the app keeps crashing unless you delete and re-download and on re-downloading it doesn’t recognise the washing machine anymore so have to re-add but won’t let me add on Bluetooth alone.

Terrible App update June 2020 Turkish language used in menu options and start options as well

App was working great until app update June 2920. I only use it to set the timer to start a wash/dry on the washer about 5 am the next day when on cheap electric rate.
New app would not load, kept crashing so deleted app and downloaded new version again, this worked ! You are supposed to be able to load previous ‘family’ settings easily but still had to reload washer details/ serial no etc again, after several attempts and 30 minutes successfully regained access to my previously working remote app.
Ah cannot set timer to run washer at a set time the next day, it defaults back to present date and time and runs machine then, not when I e we want.
Some of the menu options and ‘buttons’ to set timer etc are in TURKISH!!!! Not a language I’m good at, Jockanese and UK English only I’m afraid. Even the page headers for the legal definition page is in TURKISH!!!!
Have tried setting a ‘rule’ to enable the washer to run next day, even with that the rule settings are ‘OPEN’ and ‘CLOSE’ when in reality it appears to mean ON and OFF .
In short taken a app that eventually worked and re-coded it to be crap again.
At least I think I can start to understand the meaning of a couple of Turkish words
