Too long to connect
I have an iphone 14 pro and it took the akconnect app 10mins to connect/find my SR25 using personal hotspot, i wish they could implement Bluetooth connection in the akconnnect app, and the akconnect app unpaired my SR25 because it took too long to sync all my music in the AK app i have over 13k songs and maybe the processing of the app couldn’t take it, I just want to play all songs from my SR25. when i select a song and play it, and after the song finishes, it doesn't shuffle next to another song it just stops. And when I try to play all songs it only selects the ones that has processed already, it only selected 630 songs to play. Im not sure whats the purpose of the long processing in the ak app does.
I just wanna,
Leave my SR25 connected to my speaker, when there’s a music that came up that I don’t like or it doesn’t suit the vibe i could just open the ak app, and just press next or select a music i like and still continues to shuffle all my 13k songs.
My smart lightbulb app does way a better job, i go to bed, forget to turn off my lights across the room, open the lightbulb app, presses the off button and voila! The light turns off!. It does that in less than 10 seconds.Show lessChainswrord
Very disappointing
Hard to connect to SR15 - drops connection when I get a phone call. Then it's painful to reconnect.chasfs

The free app for my 2nd $3000 music player isn’t working. Thanks guys. This is my 5th AK player and 2nd of your top of the line model players. There are some things you guys should make sure is working.Blackbery-12
Terrible company
Terrible company, a host of their physical devices stopped supporting streaming services, and their workaround, which is this AK Connect app doesn’t work at all. Even 12 year olds write better apps.
No idea how this archaic one trick pony company survived. All they do is pack powerful DAs and amps into bricks that have abysmal battery life. They have absolutely no clue on how modern application programming works. User friendliness is at the floppy disk level.Show lessJoe83830
Slow playback
When I play a song, it takes few seconds to start and it makes the Play Next / Play Previous function so painful. Please fix. Anything other than that is just fine.BUCKETHEAD 153664

What’s a terrible app 9 out of 10 trying to connect never worked, 1 out of 10 connected but disconnect from time to time!!

So far the only usable and bug free DLNA control point on iOS
I’ve tried multiple DLNA apps on iOS including VLC and mconnect, non of them could handle play from upnp server to renderer bug free. This is the only one that works flawlessly including background progress syncing and playlist. Also the UI is pretty usable, so I give it a five star.ClassicOldSong
So broken
Can’t even play songs in my library, it just crashes when a song is added to the playlist and I pressed the next song button.Rio_Zhu
Work ok but few issues to be fixed
All feature was working ok. However, there are a few things that need to be improved.
1. Gapless playing is not working properly.
2. If the app from ipad was closed the music stop playing. Also, it happened when ipad was get into sleep mode.danpong
