Make my AK is more portable with control from iphone
This apps matches what i need to switch songs while using AK Sp1000m with speaker. I can just change songs, select songs from Iphone, quite handy.
It is good if you have music sever in computer then can play through AK to speaker.
Require the update for Tidal login within the Apps AK connect. I can’t login to my Tidal account, probably due to upgrade from Tidal login credentials.

Works alright, but tidal is broken
The app functions alright for my SP1000m. It’s nice to control my DAP remotely. If the app gets put in the background, it often resets the settings meaning you’ll have to start a new playlist and choose your player again. My biggest complaint is that the tidal functionality is broken. I cannot log into my account without an “unknown error” occurring. Tidal support is gone
I can no longer log onto tidal thru this app as of April 2021, the app can only act as a remote for my onboard music on my sp1000mJebajlenahdy
Every time I click on my music the app shuts down

Embarrassing app for a DAP that costs over $1000
This app is barely capable of controlling my AK300’s library with frequent crashes and the ultra-basic version of Tidal is poorly designed and worst of all - my Tidal artist section almost never shows every artist from A-Z... It stops at the letter H, or if I’m lucky stops at T.. and very rarely it will actually show everyone from A-Z. Rebooting either device does nothing to fix this. This app is WACK and needs fixing like 2 years ago! These glitches occur on my iPhone 6 and are the exact some on my iPhone 10S - so it is not a phone problem. Get it together Astell and or Kern... Does not work on iPhone X
I tried this on my iPhone X and it crashes every time I try to navigate the menu. This stopped me buying a A&K Kann dap. Expected better.BiggerMikey
Very unstable
Freezes on iPhone 6S every few minutes. Its functionality is also disappointing compared to the KANN itself. Lacks play all the player has. Why couldn’t it simply control the player, playing through the line out?
Version 2 does not crash as often, but drains iPhone’s battery. Also the app freezes when in random play mode. Still very disappointed.Show lessMiira1980
Volume not working!!
I setup my Norma SR15 to be used with AK Connetct 2.0, however all works but not the volume, it won’t let me change it, stuck at same volume on iOS. Can’t change volume of Norma via the app. This is useless as I might as well stand next to Norma to operate it instead of using this remote app. Please fix it!
Oh, and the funny thing is volume on the original AK Connect app works just fine!!

Volume fixed! Few more suggestions:
Get rid off loud volume warning (most people who are using this app are audiophiles and most likely know how to manage their volume control). It is a very annoying pop up every time I change volume.
