Doesn’t let me log in
I love BURST but this is a review about the app. It does not let me log in. Says I don’t have the right credentials. I can sign in through my laptop. As an ambassador, it’s annoying.
Crashes
App doesn’t work. Crashes every time I try to sign up and won’t let me choose or scroll through the products. And then it bans my email from logging in or signing up again. My phone is up to date and fast.
App is TERRIBLE!
LOVE THE TOOTHBRUSH & PRODUCTS, BUT THE APP IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! There are so manny bugs and I’m so frustrated.
Glitchy
I have been using this app for over four years. There has been countless times that I have to delete the app and reinstall it because there’s always an “alert something went wrong”
If I wasn’t using this app to share my recommendations I wouldn’t be using it. Very frustrating and hoping eventually this will improve.

Dental hygienist review
I love trying new products and being able to recommend products to my patients. I would have to say this toothbrush is amazing. The bristles are so soft and my teeth already feel much cleaner. I’ve always been a Sonicare girl but this toothbrush has changed my mind and I will be recommending Burst to my patients :)

I love it!
My first ever toothbrush that’s not a manual toothbrush, I am a dental assistant and would highly recommend it! I feel it getting off all of the debris from all surfaces of my teeth so effortlessly. Not to mention that amazing packaging and detail they have, this company truly cares about their customers. I would recommend to give it a try!

Great App
Love the updates. Easy to use and navigate through.
Unhappy with the 11/2019 update
For the very first time after recommending the Brush on my app and had patient fill in her name, phone, when she was about to sign the signature page the warning and alerts made her not want the text and emails. So no credit for my time telling her about how great this brush is. I have a feeling this will prevent lots of people from signing off on have a direct link sent to them.
