  • Excellent journal app

This app is well thought out, has a great emotion (a side bar with colors) and over all good feel to it. Sync is between devices works flawlessly and importing pictures is easy to do. A great app for writing down your thoughts and daily life. Thanks for a great app!
  • Great for Beginners!

I wanted to get into journaling but didn’t do well with previous attempts using a notebook. This app is so great if you’re not wanting to or are bad about keeping up with a journal! I have my phone on me at all times so I love making notes in my journal and keeping them organized with the tags! So genius!! I only wish I could get to my journals on my laptop. I don’t have a Mac so maybe an online version?

  • Love it

One of my biggest pet peeves in emotion tracking journals is inaccurate or insufficient emotion words. I love both the default selection of available emotions and the ability to edit them.
  • Pretty good.

I’ve been using this app for about 2 weeks now so I can’t give a complete review on everything but so far I really like it. Other than the fact that you have to pay for a lot of features its still a really good app. I haven’t and probably won’t get LifeCraft Pro only because it’s not a necessity but it’s still good with out.

  • Locking Privacy behind a Pay-Wall???

This app is pretty great for a freemium. I really like how you are able to add photos to your entries, and choose and emotion out of the emotion bar. However, anyone can just take your phone and read what you write. Behind a paywall is the only way I can lock my writings.
  • So good

23 snaps stopped working for me so I am so happy to have found this. It is amazing.
  • I may be just a big dummy

I may be just a big dummy, but I can not figure out how to transfer my journal entries from Day One to LifeCraft Pro? When I go to the settings in Day One to export as JSON I am not seeing any option to send to LifeCraft? Only Box, etc...
  • Good start, but needs improvement.

I like this app, and has many interesting features. The problem is the cost. Having a monthly or yearly subscription to access the better features isn’t worth it. I’d consider the cost if it was more of 1/3 what it is now. Also, there’s sync issues. But I like the layout and the design of it.
  • Wonderul

Simple and well designed. Visually pleasing. Motivating. I LOVE Zee - the writing prompter ❤️
  • No Export and No Throwbacks Feature

I thought this was a replacement for Day One because it has more reasonable pricing. But, I was wrong. Although I enjoyed the multiple journals (very important for proper arrangement) but as months continue, I got tired of waiting with features I’ve suggested. First, I notice that, unlike other Journaling apps, they’re much complacent with updates and features. Also, I got tired of waiting for the Throwback (or other names that one could invent) feature. Moreover, when I decided to leave the app and change apps, there was no EXPORT function. So I felt imprisoned and they didn’t give any options for way out. What’s worse, I literally needed to copy and paste everything to my new Journaling app. Well I hope they improve all this concerns.
