Useless
I’ve used this multiple times to estimate toll costs and it’s been wildly wrong each time. Last Friday night it said tolls would be $12 (which is already super high), but it ended up costing $30. Again, useless. The express lanes of 66 were built for rich people it seems.PatientRock
Don’t trust it- Tricks you into using the toll road
During rush hour It first displays low amounts like $2.25 every time I first run a toll estimate. When I reprocess it even seconds later, it’s always much higher, like $16. Such a scam.peaharp
Good, not great
The app does what it says it does; it lets you know the current toll at a specific time and date as well as historical information. This could be a great app with the following improvements:
1. Saved trips
2. Notifications to tell you the toll at a certain user specified time or when the toll exceeds / drops below a certain cost
3. Integration with other travel apps
4. A "refresh" button after a toll is calculated so the user doesn't have to keep inputting the same trip information over and oversirkan

I got a link to this app from your official website, so I thought it must be good considering the +200 millions of revenue you make a year out of us.

Absolutely horrible illogical design
Here are the 5 things to fix this app:
1) use gps figure out closest 66 entrance ramp. Default to this one in the direction of the toll. So if between Glebe and etc figure that I am heading direction of toll morning east. Afternoon west.
2) show 5 prices closest exit, farthest, and one in middle. Like billboards.
3)allow a Reminder set by user.
4)connect to ezpass show balance and history

Worthless
Despite date time picker, refuses to estimate tolls for next day or anything other than than current minute.
Must use other textual pickers for entry and exit instead of obvious solution of tapping on marked points on a map.
This app exemplifies the complete lack of understanding by government of IT Best Practices in use cases, UI/UX design, and visualization of data, or even understanding of human nature.
Big centralized bureaucratic government is a major problem in our society, not a solution to problems.Dnheller

No live toll prices? No live times of how long on the road? The links go to a website saying to download the app? The map shown on one link isn’t device responsive? This is absolutely worthless.musicsnob1234
Needs UX tlc
Needs to remember am and pm commute. Way too many taps without that, possible distracted driving hazarddata guy in dc
Can’t adjust time
Can’t plan adjusting time to estimate a trip for the next day . It could be $17- $30.
This encourages distracted driving you can only check at the current time of what the tolls are .
There should be a pop up notification ,
Set time or times to push alerts of the current toll to see what the rates are ...
Ahhh forget it it will be over $20 anyway!
It reach $40 already . The sky is the limit no Cap! It’s not about traffic flow it’s about money. Every one person commuter should never go on this road . I guess that is the point of it . But the price is way to high to consider saving time and Gas.dmksaved
