As another user noted, since an update a month or so ago, the app no longer remembers your user name, so you have to type it out every time. It is no longer optimized to sign in using the Apple password manager, and it is extremely inconvenient. It did not use to be this way! It used to be very easy to log in :(
Also, the thermostat scheduling is very finicky, even when it says a schedule is set and active, it often doesn’t work.
However, the app is convenient for being able to access all of the apartment smart devices and for submitting maintenance requests.
