HORRIBLE
app hardly ever works. The commands to open the gates do not show without logging out and in MULTIPLE times. Very inconvenient when i am sitting at my apartment gates unable to enter because the app will not show the commands until you exit and enter multiple times or an error message pops up. Very very inconvenient app. I have to open the app MILES away from my residence to ensure it will work and it hardly works then.KayLeaDanielleLove
Horrible app
I’ve never given a rating for an app so pls hear me out. This is a terrible app. Cool idea but horrible execution. It’s probably only worked 3 times out of the 97 times I’ve attempted to use it. It times out. It doesn’t recognize the credentials the leasing office literally provided us from these guys. It’s slow and faulty and it glitches a lot. I have no clue why anyone would attempt to purchase this app. I would try to let delivery drivers, friends family, and they would have to wait for someone to come so the gate can open. It’s really just bad. I wish I could give it 0 stars tbh.youdontknowme9204
Never works
Not sure why our complex would go with this app and its 1 star versus handing out remotes. Been using it for almost 2 weeks and it has worked maybe 3 times. I’m stuck outside waiting for someone else to open it. Can’t imagine if I have an emergency one day.Shrimpya
Never Works
This app never works. Maybe 1 out of 20 times you log in you could get lucky. Otherwise a total waste of time. I have had guests or deliveries stuck at the gate because the app won’t load. Forced to either wait on another car or me to walk across the complex to open it manually. Very frustratingAmSW831
Scrap and start over
Rarely loads and times out. We open while still en route in the hopes the app will be ready by the time we arrive. But it rarely ever loads past the “issue command” screen and times out. If you are apartment management do not get this service. And why doest existing management get some other service? We have to get out of the car and use the keyfob while cars stack up behind us.

Poorly coded app
I see the last posted review was two years ago. I’m having the exact same issues today May 11,2024. The app is a good idea but honestly that’s all it is. The response and functionality is pathetic. Clearly the developers do not care. If they did I wouldn’t have just read a review, with the same issues I currently have today, that was left two years ago.HaveHeart0604
Not reliable at all
Our apartment uses this app to open all secured entrances. Whenever I have visitors or have to access our gym, pool, entrances, etc., the app almost never works. I would say it works roughly 10% of the time. Really annoying and disappointing, especially if I’m not in my car or I don’t have my keyfob on me.RunningInPumps
Needs an update
The app is reliable for part of the time, but there have been a few instances over the 6 months I’ve used this and it hasn’t worked or something is outdated. When this app doesn’t work, people can’t get inside our complex - so please have someone provide more regular updates so that it is maintained.Tilly_W

This app is constantly down “server not connected”, impossible to get it to work on the first log in and this you have to close and open the app, or log off entirely.
