This app is awful
I would say about 75% of the time I use this app, it doesn’t work. Which is especially frustrating when you’re trying to get somewhere or let a guest in. You literally can’t do it and you’re locked out because this app is so bad. It’s such a simple function yet it rarely ever works. Such a bad bad appTexas chats
Terrible connection
This app never loads when you need it to. I’ll restart the app 10 times before I get to my parking garage and it MIGHT open one time if it does at all. I can’t even submit a a complaint through the “contact us” section of the app because it never loads!Dzt1727
Very disappointing application ever built 👎😡
To get simple instructions, it needs 5 plus minutes to load sometimes it crashes, whenever i am close th the apartment , i tried to close and open it multiple times and it does not function as expected. Horrible
Moving in it worked 3 days now I have a error saying server is not connected. My leasing office and I myself tried calling to get it resolved 2 weeks later still no accesskidtiny
WORST APP EVER
Hands down worst app I’ve ever used/seen. Works maybe 10-15% of the time properly. Most of the time you have to close and reopen it 3-4x to get it to work and still may not . You have to get out of your car and walk to the gate to get in most times . I honestly can’t believe this complex (West Love) continues to use it at the expense of residents that just want a working app to access the building and the garage. It’s RIDICULOUS . Wow. One star is way too generous. If they have been doing gated entry for over 25 years as it states in the app, they need to spend some time on the technology side. They desperately need to update this app! It looks like it isn’t even supported anymore as it’s been YEARS since they have shown an update. Please do something to fix it! Getting into our parking garage and access to our amenities at our apartment is IMPOSSIBLE in the current state!Trixigirl11

Absolutely terrible
This app is awful and hardly ever works. If you move into an apartment building that uses this app just know for sure it will work about 2/10 times you need to use it (which is every day) It’s awesome when you just had knee surgery and have to get out in the rain and hobble over to open the gate on crutches because this app NEVER FREAKING WORKS . It’s simple coding just FIX IT !!!Horrible
